    my car was stolen and abandoned, so I had called my company to disable my car. The tow driver was late to get my car, and then when he was in the vicinity he keeps saying, "the car is not here" 10 minutes later he drove more and finally found my car at the location I gave him. but he stopped had a conversation with a random stranger and says he cannot get my car. rather than being professional he started throwing low blows such as "its not my fault your car was stolen". it got worse so I had to politically correctly put him in his place. do not use this company. I get better service in north philly.

    I do apologize for the experience you had if you could please give me some more information as to when your service was to be done the location of the vehicle to be picked up and the type of vehicle so I can do some research and to figure out what exactly happened. Our goal is to make sure that every customer is satisfied and service completed.
