    The shop manager was very disrespectful his name is Chad. One of the service guys came out to change my flat tire. He broke the lug nut off my tire. It is a Jaguar XL. They agreed to pay for the lug nut but not to have it installed how it that possible. The shop manager was loudly talking to me and wouldn't let me speak. The total cost is $******* they agreed to pay ****** unacceptable. They don't stand by their work and if you have to deal with Chad you should tape his conversation because he is not nice. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them for your own piece of mind.
