An Internet search of the company and principal revealed no adverse information and a viral search of the address on file with the BBB was revealed to be a private residence. According to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Bear Down Towing is not registered with their office as required by law for all tow truck companies.
On November 22, 2024, an investigation letter was sent to the company by email regarding their lack of registration. As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to our investigation letter nor has the email been returned as “Undeliverable.”
