    If I can give a negative or 0 star, I would. My seller's landlord sold their property, and the HOA dues have been paid in full for 2024. We have been emailing and calling them to request our prorated HOA refund, but we have received no response. It seems like they are not concerned about refunding the money owed.

    This company is run by Mr and Mrs Andleton. Who charge incredible fees to try and take properties away from the less fortunate, they prey on you with fines like *** per day and other incredible amounts if you do not do repairs in the time frame they want or dues on time. They do not try to work with you on anything. You go to their board meeting with them and it's a total waste of time. The board members are always brainwashed or manipulated into seeing things their way. We had to get our home fixed for years while Lynn who was on the board never had to fix anything on her house. The drain was falling off, sidings filthy. They have not been taking care of the community, in which they only cut your front yard, for a long time. Yet they demand payments and charge horrendous late fees and penalties. Please come by Brookside Haven and knock on a few doors in the community and you will find out the evil, heartless, ruthless, money grabbers this pair is that run this company. They also tow your car. This poor senile old man lived in the middle area of the complex& they towed his car and put all kinds of liens on his house until he had no where to live anymore and no car. They try their best to kill you with penalties until you have to leave your home, then they try to take or buy it so they can rent it out. They tried their best to come after the black folks now they placed a few blacks on the board and as always they manipulate and brainwash the board members into thinking what they are doing is right, which is: just trying to make the community better. A couple said they had to pay them almost ******* in liens after they sold their house and they are not even doing anything to fix the community up. They are thieves loading their pockets to better themselves and not the community. Please look into them and other communities they own in Williamsburg, Newport News and Hampton. They have been doing this for years, a very calculating, manipulating pair of evil crooks.
