    Scheduled work date 8/8/2024. I have not made a payment and haven't received bill yet. ********* was schedule to show up Thursday
    9am 8/8/2024 to repair a leaking tub and clean up from work done the day before (8/7/24).
    After waiting four hours and making three phone calls to the company ( 2 messages left) no one showed up or returned calls. Friday morning ********* called asking about email address for the bill we ask why don't you show up yesterday after messages and waiting 4 hours. Her respond "oh we didn't show up". We ask for the owner to call and all he ask was I going to paid the bill (I never said I wasn't going to pay) then threaten to cut my waterline and hung up. I called back to give him my email and he hang again.
    Apparently he doesn't value our time but I do. I would like some one from *** to negotiate a settlement for me.
