              I paid my service agreement in full in February 2023, but was charged ****** around October or November 2023. I spoke with someone at Termininx and confirmed that my service agreement was paid in full and the ****** was charged since the rates changed during the year that I had already paid in full. Now I'm being charged for ****** and have no idea why since my 2023 service agreement was paid in full. I was told that I would be sent my service agreement for the 2023 year last November, but nothing was ever sent. I've made multiple attempts to reach the billing department and the manager who I was told billed me the ******, but was not successful and I have no received a copy of the service agreement that I paid in full already. Please remove the ****** since I already paid my balance in full in February 2023.

              I have been very patient with this company. I made several calls about being charged for service I did not receive. Dan the manager told me they were going to rewrite my contract and here it is a month later after 5 attempts to notify them and still no change and no one has called me back. They have charged me in the past for services and scheduled without my confirmation. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They can be manipulating and deceiving.
