This company is incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest! Nothing I paid for was ever completed. On one job they removed a high quality reinforced vapor barrier and replaced it with cheap plastic. They didn't know the difference between a good barrier and a cheap one. They made no effort at all to correct the situation and basically told me too bad. And get this, the person who came out sprayed some chemical into a bat nest and poisoned them! I didn't think that was legal. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.

While we are sorry for your terrible customer service, we would like to point out that it was self-induced. You signed a proposal for the work that we completed. The proposal explained in detail the scope of work. The work was actually completed in your presence while you were home and interacting with our technician. You decided to involve another company and have additional work done, which you should have advised us . In the process of completing our work, which was the removal and replacement of your crawlspace moisture barrier, the technician showed you the material we would be installing. In addition, our technician showed you the problems with your existing moisture barrier, i.e rodent urine/feces contamination, and that the existing moisture barrier had been laid over previous older moisture barrier.
Since you did pay for all your services up front, we will be refunding you for services that were not completed, propel perimeter treatment to keep the rats off your home and continued rodent station monitoring.
