      I came here at the beginning of my pregnancy hopeful but by the end their practice became a nightmare. I paid money, in cash, upfront for services that ultimately I didn’t use bc I emergently gave birth else where. Since one month after giving birth in 2022 I have been asking for my money back and have yet to receive it. I just keep getting the run around and told “the check is in the mail just wait” One appointment I came in and asked the doctor if there were certain procedures/chemicals I should avoid since I work in an operating room. Dr. ***** response was “well if I write you a doctors note to get out of working you may be fired” a doctors note is NOT what I Asked for. When I told her this she laughed and said oh well you’re such a special group I’m sure everything is fine. I ended up asking the physicians I worked with to provide me with their work experience in these situations (pregnancy specifically) and research they could find on it since it was too much to ask of my own doctor. I had to have my baby early do to preeclampsia and when I went to them 3x they sent me home saying nothing was wrong and gave me lasix which caused me to have contractions at 30 weeks. I have also asked to speak to the office manager MULTIPLE times since this all started and she’s always “unavailable” “out of the office” or “on lunch” when I try to make a complaint or speak to her about any of the issues I’ve had. If you value your life or your baby’s life don’t go here especially if you’re a woman of color. You’ll be treated like you don’t matter and you’re lazy

      Dr ***** is ok. His billing is rude & incompetent. They told me I was past due. I had certainly sent the check. They said they never received it. I had to stop pay and send another. Then they cashed the one they said they didn't get, and hit ME with a return check fee and late fee. (Total $**) And that they were turning me over to a Collections agency. Or that I needed to bring cash to money order because they would no longer accept a check from me. I took cash over, I wanted to talk to accounting manager- she was too busy. Told them I wasn't coming back in until billing was to zero balance. I said I wanted a full accounting of all charges and payments in a week. Never happened. However- weeks later, I got...a refund. Told them I wasn't coming back in until billing was to zero balance. However, Dr ***** said I needed to contact with in 30 days and make appointment with 60 or he reports me to my Insurance company for no annual physical. I call on day 30- his office closed early. I left 2 messages. They call back (so not closed) and the say he is out of town and already dropped me as a patient. No I can’t talk to him- he is out of town for 2 weeks.... I am on a wait list elsewhere- 1st available appointment is...November 29.
