      Love love LOVE Bolt Laundry- easily the best laundry delivery service I've used. I've used them in multiple cities over the years and the experience has only gotten better with time. My clothes always comes back perfectly folded which is great because I can't friggin stand folding. I don't have as much dry cleaning these days, but I always use them after throwing on the ol' suit and tie. My fiancée uses them for her work clothes too and is shocked at how often they're able to get out ridiculous stains (she's a bit clumsy haha).

      The service Bolt Laundry provides is so convenient, simple, and reliable. I can always expect to get my laundry back the next day depending on the type of cleaning I need, and I can also expect them to be returned clean without error! My local Laundromat always managed to lose a pair or 2 of my socks but with Bolt I've never had any missing clothing, that alone makes it worth every penny.

      I can't say enough good things about this laundry service! From start to finish they have provided amazing service. The moment you meet the delivery person who is willing to answer any questions you may have. They have an easy drop off system that allows you to leave your laundry in front of your door and is super convenient.
      The turnaround time is unbelievable - I've gotten my clothes back clean, neatly folded, and perfectly pressed in just a day or two. They are gentle on delicates but still get out the toughest stains on my everyday clothes. Everything just feels and smells so clean when I get it back. Their pricing is very reasonable and they often run specials that make it an even better value. They offer services like wash and fold, dry cleaning, alterations and more. It's my one stop shop for any laundry or garment care need. I can't recommend this laundry service enough - 5 stars for excellent customer service, efficiency, care and quality. If you're looking for a laundry service, look no further!

      I travel a fair amount for work and take regular weekends away, and Bolt Laundry has been a game changer. With the Wash & Fold service, I save several hours a week by not having to fight to find a time when the machines are open in my building and not sitting in the laundry room while the loads run. The dry cleaning service has also been terrific, with a faster turnaround than the local cleaner (especially as I often missed their 7 p.m. closing hours). Bolt's communication platform is easy to use and their drivers are awesome. Yes, it costs a bit more than doing my own laundry, but it is well worth it to free up the time and to know I'll have what I need for my trips.

      I've been using laundry services since Covid - another provider to begin with but I switched to Bolt Laundry a couple of years ago and most happy I did. My experience with Bolt has been incomparably terrific. Pick-up and delivery personnel have been incredibly kind, courteous and accommodating. And, even more extraordinary, are the behind the scenes providers who respond to emails and/or telephone calls either immediately or within minutes - and truly care. My laundry is always returned thoughtfully folded, separated and laundered according to my personal preferences. I could not be more pleased that I switched to Bolt.

      When you just can't stand doing it yourself, or you're just too busy, call Bolt. The pick everything up at convenient times , wash and fold everything and quickly get everything back to you fast. If you just can't wait they have express delivery for your convenience. I genuinely appreciate their pick up and delivery people because they're kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. They pricing is good considering all they do for you. It's worth it to try them out, you'll like it, just like me.

      I and beyond satisfied with Bolt Laundry. I can't believe they paired me and my family of four socks and I'm forever grateful. I fell behind getting laundry done and decided I would give their services a try I will never again try any other methods and luckily because I really do not enjoy doing laundry. I took a photo of how perfectly they folded every single item. They separated our items based on shirts pants colors. It's just amazing. I'll never use my wash machine again if I'm lucky.

      After speaking with you, we immediately looked into the matter and confirmed that our driver picked up the one bag that was placed out at the scheduled time. We understand now that the remaining bags were not set out by your husband during the scheduled pickup time frame, which understandably led to the mix-up. We’re glad we could return your laundry promptly the following day and hope everything was received in good condition.
      We always strive to treat our customers with respect and are especially mindful of our senior customers. If your experience with our team felt anything less than courteous, we sincerely apologize — we’ll be addressing that internally.

      What a bad company to deal with.
      I place an in line service order.
      I was charged over **** because I had to enter my own weight for the laundry.
      After a week I see another astronomical charge for over *****.
      This is no way to treat a customer, I also tried to call and contact via email and of course no reply via email and the phone line mysteriously keep dropping.
      So this company got ,****$ from me with no specification or justification .
      I will not use them ever again, beside these is no way to leave a review on their website
