    7 cities air was sent to the house by ******** **** ****** to replace an EV coil an pur 10 pounds of freon in my unit. they replaced the EV coil the problem began with the freon AHS told me that I would have to pay ******* 7 cities tried to price gouge me and charge ****** I talked to a reputable company, and they told me freon does not cost that much. after I told them that I did not have the money they said that they were going to take the freon back which I agreed to then the trouble really began.
    the main guy slandered my name said I set this whole thing up which really offended me.
    They stoles my fuses from my unit.
    They told me they were going to take the part back unless I gave them******* and I gave it to them because I was scared, and I did not want my wife to get hurt am 60 year old man on disability for back problems from the military so I paid them *** confirmed that they paid for the part and that I did not have to pay which in my opinion is extortion.
    The one guy told me he wanted to lay hands on me which I thought was pathetic how dare you big 6 ft 4 young guy disrespect a 5 ft 9 old man.
    They hung out in front of my hours for hours had to hang out in front of my house for hours had to call the police who did nothing Hampton police said that he is allowed to threaten me as long as he does not say that he is going to kill me.
    Reported them to *** *hey did nothing even after I told them they should do due diligence and not send this company to people's houses with violent technicians multiple bad reviews and an F rating on the better business bureau.
    My wife was terrified and still is she wants me to sell the house and move because she is scared that they might come back.
    I had to pay another company to fix my unit
