BBB received information from a customer indicating they were required to pay $660 via Western Union to transport a pet they found online. The physical address for the company indicates they are located in Chesterfield, Virginia, but BBB has been unable to verify this information.
BBB wrote to the business requesting specific information as to their services on January 31, 2017 and February 7 and is awaiting their reply. Our letter of January 31 was returned as attempted-not known. BBB warns consumers to not take part in these offers as it's likely the pet does not exist.
