            My family hired Daytime Movers to move our belongings from Richmond, VA to Easley, SC. Several pieces of furniture were wrapped only in shrink wrap versus furniture pads, and were damaged in transit. Sixteen items were damages in all. This was reported to the movers who took photographs. After the move, I was in contact with the business owner, Thomas L****, who hired a local furniture technician to assess the damage. After that, he stopped responding to phone calls and voicemails, and even failed to respond to a letter that I sent him on 6/7/2021. The total value of these items is greater than ******. I would like for these items to be repaired if possible or replaced, if not possible. Please advise as to the appropriate next steps.

            Will never hire this company again. Damage furniture, dishes, *****. Owner will not respond or replace items his crew destroyed. *stay away*. Beware!
