  Kefficient executed a complete removal of old attic insulation and installed new blown in insulation. They stand behind their work and correct any errors they make. The final product is excellent and I felt like my business and satisfaction was very important to them.

  I have been in the pipeline/construction business all my life. Have worked with numerous companies. Most tell you what you want to here just to get the job. Not Kefficient!! Project was done exactly how I was told. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Encapsulation was completed on time and clean-up was perfect. Could not be happier with this company.   Kefficient was pleasant during the bid process, was on time each day, cleaned up after each day, encapsulated our crawl space wonderfully, strengthened our foundation, put in the dehumidifier and exit pipe (although I would have preferred a longer outside exit hose away from the foundation) and would recommend them in a jiffy if anyone needed this work done.   Kefficient did mold remediation, installed two sump pumps and a dehumidifier, and crawl space encapsulation for us. The service was fantastic. I was most impressed with how the sales team, office staff and on site team communicated with us every step of the way.   I have always believed that companies that say what they do and do what they say are the most successful simply because they establish a level of expectations. When those expectations are realized by the customer, customer satisfaction is the end result. In the case of Kefficient, our expectations were exceeded. Kefficient performed a crawl space encapsulation which included a mold/fungus treatment. Every service to be performed was documented. All the materials to be used to complete the job were impressive in terms of quality and functionality. The technicians doing the actual work were outstanding in all aspects of their job performance while on our property. A project manager or a company representative visited the work site twice each day to monitor progress and answer any questions that we might have. Our decision to use Kefficient for this work was influenced greatly by comments from previous customers. Based on our experience, we would recommend that Kefficient be given strong consideration for anyone thinking about crawlspace encapsulation.

  Our home is an older house that was built in the ****s. The previous owners added an addition in ****. The addition's joists had rotted and the floor was sagging badly. We contacted Kefficient and was visited by *********************. **************** went under our house and took pictures and then prepared a detailed plan for our job. It took about 7 weeks before they could start, but once the workers showed up, they worked continuously until the job was done. The addition is approximately 20' by 23' with only 18 inches of clearance, so they had to do the work lying on their backs. It took about 5 days to finish and they only stopped to eat lunch under a shade tree every day. They were polite and cleaned up all debris every day from the job. We also met **** who came from time to time to check on the work. He also was very professional and helpful. Our dehumidifier was not draining properly and my husband asked if they could look at it. **** found the problem and had the crew fix it free of charge. Kindness and a job well done is what makes home owners happy and ensures a satisfied customer. I honestly believe in ********************** and recommend them without hesitation. They are great!

  In my opinion, what sets businesses apart isn't the absence of mistakes, but how they handle it when mistakes happen. We had several misses in this project, but Kefficient went above and beyond to make things right. In the end, we received a better finished project than we expected at the start. If we hadn't gone through it with them, we wouldn't have seen their trustworthiness and commitment to their customers.
