5 starsThis is the second time I've worked with Kefficient, and I trust them with everything they do. We had a flawless experience the first time a year ago, when they encapsulated our crawlspace and fixed our improperly sistered joists. This year, we had them put a French drain in front of our house and fix some foundation cracking and erosion. This project was pushed back a few times and there were a couple team miscommunications but the project manager AND the owner always come out to inspect the work, so everything was fixed immediately. Even more, the owner had the team come back to fill extra flaws in the foundation that he noticed and wanted to take care of, and then added another year of free maintenance for our crawlspace dehumidifiers.Even when mistakes are made, everyone chips in to make sure customers are cared for. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and expertise

5 starsKefficient completed our crawl space project very professionally. They provided a very thorough proposal with pictures of our basement and crawl space, identified problems and root causes, and summarized how they would be fixed. They proposed encapsulation, internal drainage around the crawlspace, and sump pumps for the basement, and repair of a small bathroom sub-flooring. Once we accepted the proposal, the project was scheduled. There was a brief delay in project start, understandably due to weather but once started, Kefficient did exactly what they said they would do quickly and efficiently with a lot of communication throughout. They also engaged an electrician (included) and a plumber (not included) as agreed in the proposal. The project was completed on time and without additional cost to the proposal. No surprises, just a job well done.Kefficient

5 starsKefficient did a wonderful job excavating spray insulation from our crawl space and cleaning the mold and mildew that had accumulated over the past 5 years. It was painstaking work requiring multiple days. The crew worked diligently each day, were friendly and respectful of our property. We have contracted with the company to come back and repair many joists that had rotted due to the spray insulation trapping moisture.Kefficient

5 starsI think when owning a home one must always make sure every aspect of it is in good condition. This includes from the roof to the crawl space! We had the unfortunate experience of neglecting the crawl space, not intentionally but out of ignorance to its potential for damage and destruction. When the decision to have the work done, many businesses were contacted for estimates. Most were outrageous even though I knew it had to be done. After several presentations and interviews with customers reviews, Keficient was awarded the contract. ****, the companys initial contact and after the assessment of the space, was very upfront and honest about what his agents saw and needed. The damage was critical and required extensive repair. Of course the expense was overwhelming, yet I knew it had to be done! The work crew were like worker bees, friendly, professional and cognizant of property. During this time it was extremely hot, yet they proceeded to do an absolutely amazing job. The site supervision was on point and consistent! The attention to detail was outstanding! In conclusion the final product was epic. The crawl space is now my safe place from tornadoes and atom bombs!(Lol??) No , seriously, My wife and I are both very pleased with the results and will recommend this business to anyone looking for Exceptional Service. *** ****** was extremely helpful with questions and suggestions for future follow up. 5 starsIt was a very satisfying experience to work with the Kefficient team. From the work crew, project manager, operations manager and the owner of the company. The ice-blasting technique for the remediation of crawl space mold was handled very professionally. The job was thoroughly explained in advance and executed within the time frame specified by a very competent work crew. The project manager maintained contact throughout the process to assure it ran smoothly. The post job cleanup was, as promised, also very well carried out. We are very satisfied with the competency and excellent job performance by all members of the Kefficient team and would highly recommend their work.Kefficient
