I had the misfortune of being a patient here for a few months, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From predatory charges to incomplete service, this veterinary clinic embodies everything that's wrong with the profession. They charge outrageous fees every visit no matter what you ask for. They don't partner with you to find the best care plan. They charge what they want. My dog was seen by ***** Del ***** who told me the wellness charges are up to the vets discretion. My dog wasn't able to receive all of his vaccines at once. We came back and they charged us for another physical visit because I selected wellness exam/ vaccine as the option for my appointment. Even though my dog already had his yearly exam they tried to charge me twice for a yearly exam. When I questioned the charge ***** let me know that if I asked for a brief exam they would have conducted one for only $30. No one ever told **** spoke with ******, the office manager and expressed my disappointment and hesitation to return and she was rude, arrogant, and had no concern for my experience as a new patient. It's clear they don't prioritize open communication or customer service. At the end of my call with the manager she told me You should find a new vet... not very friendly. As far as the handling of my dog, they were scared of him and made him wear a muzzle to get blood from his back leg no where near his mouth. I had to tell the vet and vet tech basic things like getting down on the dogs level, talking nicely to them, rub them, show them the tools so they are comfortable. I should not have to tell a vet how to interact with animals. They should have that basic knowledge. While I understand that every establishment may have its shortcomings, the combination of these factors significantly detracted from the overall experience. I will not be returning.
