      Stay away from this company. I purchased a stove brand new, it is a faulty piece of junk and their service department will act like you dont exist when you have problems. Ive asked for warranty work or a new stove or my money back and have been ignored. This stove is for heating a much larger space than its in and will not heat past 10c I have zero faith in this product keeping my space warm in winter.Pure junk!I will be building a display out of this stove to warn others about this faulty product and poor business practice.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

      This stove stinks. DO NOT BUY. Purchased this stove December 2021 and in May of 2022 had to buy a new burn pot as there was a hole burned through it. Burn pots should last longer than 6 months.Now February 2023 stove is putting out thick black soot from chimney and inside glass gets covered in black soot within an hour of starting it. Have replaced door gasket, have cleaned every part of stove with vacuum and taken all pipes apart and cleaned. There is nothing blocking the air intake unit. I can feel air entering inside the burn pot area. Have checked all pipe connections which are sealed so no air leaks. Using the best pellets, same as when first purchased the stove and went to a different store and bout 2 bags from them (of the same Brand Name) and still get black soot and smoke which proves pellets do not have moisture issues.Will be sending this stove to metal recycle and buying a new stove from another manufacturer.

      Bought one of the their pellet smart stoves back in the beginning of 19 no problems at all 3 yrs and counting. Great investment. Really puts out the heat.
