At Serenity Plumbing Inc, we are committed to providing high-quality plumbing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that situations may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. Please review our policy below:
Service Refund Policy:
Service Guarantee: We strive to complete all plumbing services in a professional and satisfactory manner. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 3 days of the service date. We will review your concerns and, if applicable, schedule a follow-up visit to address the issue.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for plumbing services will only be considered in cases where:
The service performed did not resolve the agreed-upon issue.
There was a verified failure in the workmanship or installation that cannot be rectified through additional service visits.
Refund Request: To request a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days of the service date. This request must detail the issues and why the resolution was unsatisfactory. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services: Diagnostic fees, emergency service fees, and any fees associated with inspections are non-refundable. Refunds are also not provided for issues that were caused by factors outside of our control, such as pre-existing plumbing conditions or changes in system performance due to unrelated problems.
Product Exchange Policy:
Product Exchanges: If you purchase a product or part through us and it is found to be defective or not functioning properly, we will exchange it for a similar product within 30 days of the original installation date.
Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and installed by Serenity Plumbing Inc to be eligible for an exchange. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
Special Orders: Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for exchange, and any exchange requests for such items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions:
Warranty Claims: If a product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, any claims must be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Force Majeure: Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for damages or performance issues caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, that affect the plumbing system.
