    In September, Ms. ******* signed up for a 3 month PT contract that goes month to month after the contract is up. She paid her first month up front, however the subsequent 3 months did not run and there was no request to cancel.  Ms. ******* was called several times during that period to make her aware of her open balance, however she did not answer.  The open balance for the 3 months of training ran on 12/25.  She spoke with a representative at the gym on 12/26 who referred her to the billing company and gave her the email address to send a request to cancel.  She spoke to the billing company on 12/26 as well, who also gave her the correct method to cancel told her it was a 30 day notice to cancel.  She called the billing company back on 1/3, who reiterated that information, let her know that she will receive a specific confirmation on when her PT will be cancelled, and that they were running behind due to being closed for the holidays. Ms. ******* has been charged appropriately based on her PT agreement.

    Able to sign up with Gold's Gym via Docusign and unable to cancel/pause account unless I physically go into the gym or print papers and scan/return. ******************* (manager) is unable to provide me with a Docusign to pause account since July 2023, also the gym has charged my account over 6 times. I want my account canceled with no additional fees. I have been unable to go to the gym, use my account, or my credit card due to this activity from Gold's Gym.

    ************** initially inquired about freezing on July 7th.  At this point she already had a balance for her July monthly dues. Additionally, all freezes require 30 days written notice.  We typically require a freeze form be filled out acknowledging freeze start/end dates, terms of the freeze, etc. After requesting another means of providing written notice, we allowed ************** to simply tell us how long she would like to freeze for without filling out that form.  We did not receive that information until July 21.  She is able to freeze, however she would need to pay for her back balance before that goes into effect.  She is also in contract through May of **** and is unable to cancel without proper documentation.

    Signed a one month agreement . Golds has been charging me per month since that time. I also only visited Golds during my one month contract.

    ****************** membership was on a rolling month to month basis, not a 1 month membership.  This is indicated on his membership agreement (which is attached) and on our in house pricing sheets.  Per the agreement, non use is not a reason for non payment.

    ********************** negative interactions with staff and denigration of Gold's Gym in the community has resulted in the termination of his membership. His concerns have been addressed within the scope of our ability with a ****** sq. ft facility.  ****************** is not welcome as a member with us, however we wish him the best moving forward.
