      On April 6th 2023, I sent a tow truck to pickup a vehicle which was purchased through Coparts. As the driver picked up the vehicle to return to a selected shop, the tow truck broke down and was instructed to go to Walmarts parking lot and drop the car there and another tow truck was dispatched to the location to retrieve the vehicle and another one was dispatched to pick up the ruck which broke down. When the tow truck arrived, there was no car. As we tracked the car to a local towing company, I contacted the company to retrieve the car. They stated that they will not let the car go unless the proper paperwork was displayed along with a notarized release form and a billing receipt, which was provided. To no avail, the car was not released at this time. On April 7th, 2023, I contacted T and J towing company again and stated that we redid the notarized document and asked for the vehicle to be released. At which time the woman ************************* the woman who answered, in a raspy condescending tone of voice said that we had to provide proof that the vehicle was mine to retrieve which there was a bill of sale given. The woman stated she wanted a notarized copay of a release form which was also provided then she said she wanted to verify that the notary was from a business not a person, which if you are a notary, the person is the one that is notarizing not the company itself. You are just the licensed employee who can notarized documents. After all the information which was required was established, they still would not release the vehicle stating that the notarization probably wasn't real and when had documented proof that it was, she immediately hung up the phone stating that she did not want to do 3 way calling to verify by phone stating that the document that was provided was correct. I called back to let her know that was fraud and we went back and forth. I asked what did they need to assure that I would retrieve my vehicle and I did as she asked and she also provided a ****pm appointment time. I then purchased another document that was notarized immediately after hanging up the phone and my driver did get to pick up the vehicle. This company are scamming individuals out of time and money. They will set you up and watch you. I would give this company no stars and they should be locked up for fraudulent activity, theft amongst other things. Oh and the ************** want any help either. A lot of time and money wasted

      The following individual ********* ****** never was a customer of T & J ********************** and did not ever have authorization to deal with this vehicle matter.I will not provide her with the owners information or the owners notary , however I will be happy to provide BBB with the proof of this matter even proof that the owner was not aware of this situation and even proof of the notarize documents that have mismatch signature as well as I will be happy to provide the commonwealth proof also.For further concerns or questions please feel free to contact T & J Towing at ********** .
