    I received someone else's merchandise from an order I placed on 04/09/2023 Order Number: **********. I never received the Beige sweatpants sized XXXL, I received a pink t shirt from **** sized small. I called and spoke with ******, who advised there would be no issed with sending a replacement but I, the consumer - who did not make a face - to face transaction with JD Sports have to take time from my day to send back merchandise that I did not request. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and was placed on hold to speak with a Supervisor ********** to come back on the line to tell me two different untruths. `1. A supervisor could not be reached and they are in a meeting and someone would call me back. 2. There is no way to transfer the call to a Supervisor. I know I was placed on hold with either the agent hoping I **** buy the first excuse or that I would hang up while waiting to be transferred to a supervisor. This was an error made by JD Sports, I would see if I went into the store front and picked out the merchandise, myself. I placed the entire order online. As a consumer it is not my responsibility to return merchandise that one of your employees packaged wrong. The package was adressed to me and no fault can be placed on the shipping company ( I was almost told that excuse as well ). I will also be contacting the ***** Either send me a replacement or refund my money.

    Hello,My name is *************On 12/26/2022 I entered JD sports store located in the ************ Mall at roughly 8:00 PM EST. Est. 1HR before the store was set to close. Upon entering the store the manager ***** was hovering the door waiting for the store to close. I looked around and found a pair of shoes I was really interested in buying. I kept asking the workers if they could check for my shoe size. All but 1 of the workers was actually trying to do her job. Sadly she was not the one to finally help. However, I asked another women who was working if she could check for my shoe size. She then walked away and then acted like she completely forgot. I waited nearly 30 minutes for them to find the shoe. They never found it. Over that 40 minutes I asked every worker except the cashier to check and all they did was stand there and be like oh it should come but were closing. Nearing the end of the 30 minute wait I asked the girl who I originally asked to check for my size to see if they found it yet. She acted like she was completely clueless then a few minutes after me explicitly telling them which shoe again and again she all the sudden remembered. She goes and she talk to the guy in the back and then she comes out and sits don and says “well I’m gunna sit here I’m not helping anyone or do anything because we are closing”. Then the guy from the back comes out moments later and say “Oh those yeah those I know which ones your talking about… yeah we didn’t have your size”. (This is 30 minutes after asking for them to check) the store was not extremely busy. The workers just were not doing there job including the manager who I had brought up my complaint to and responded with “oh ok” like he had no care in the world. There also was another worker just walking around telling everyone “Hey were closed you guys need to get out so we can close the gate otherwise it’s considered keeping hostages”. This was an awful an totally unacceptable experience.
