    Since I am an old man (76), I could not take care of my big house with 6 bedrooms. My children are far away. It was difficult for me to fix many things in 64 years old house. I should sell my house and buy a condominium near my sister. I offered to sell my house by sell by owner as it is for cash.I met 10 companies with different contracts. This is a well-known company. *** is gentle, honest and knowledgeable.495 House ********* offered a reasonable and fair price. *** explained clearly the closing process and replied to me quickly and helpfully all of my concern questions. For this reason, I accepted 495 House *********. *** offered to help me to buy a condo near my ********* one and haft month , with the great help from ***, * could sell my house , bought a new condo and finally moving to the new condo during that same time .*** helped me to choose lawyer for buying the condo, sent his employees and truck for moving for ******* addition, sending his constructed team to improve the condo with a best price. He was generous giving me lights for free ****** by this unbelievable help I did not rent a place after selling my house.
