    My team used the website for fundraising. We received the tshirts we did NOT receive the funds raised. They say you will receive check 45 days later. I never received the check and after complaining multiple times they are reissuing another check that will also take 45 days.

    I placed an order for Breast Cancer Awareness Month for my Fire Dept. We were to take the refund money we earned and donate it to the ****** ****** ******** in *** ****** **. The group order closed on 9/30 and shirts delivered on 10/15-16. They messed up the design of the shirts, the sizing on the back of the shirts were smaller than what was approved of in the proofs. It was sized for youths. After multiple phone calls, online chats (with transcripts) and emails. We have not received the refund checks. I am constantly told that the check was sent out of this (*date). We will stop the payment and reissue another check. They have told me on three separate occasions with today being the 4th. They have sent me the address they have on file, which is the correct one, yet I have not received any checks. I have checked all my mail, looking for both Custom Ink branded and non-branded envelops for that refund check. Nothing. At this point its safe to say, after looking at all of these complaints regarding Custom Ink paying out customers refunds is that they are unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional and uninformed on their policies and how to problem solve. I have informed all of our public service department heads that they should seek options outside of Custom Ink LLC for printing.
