    ******= On the morning of February 1st, my finance, ****** ****** drop the car off at Spencer's Auto Glass to get the front and rear windshields fixed on his way to work. Around 3pm ****** called me to pick up the car that same day because they had finished putting in the windshields. I, ****** ******, picked up the Lexus and was so happy that the windshields was fixed I told them they did a good job not really paying attention to the details because I was so surprised that they finished on the same day and before 5pm.
    Jeremy= After doing a 2nd shift job, before leaving the parking lot with ******, I inspected the work done by Spencer's that day. The first issue I noticed was rear molding around windshield was not right, there was a lot of glue on mold and body of the car. Also the two panels (interior) near the front windshield were damaged and they failed to clean up the broken glass in the back seat and speaker area. After waiting 24 hours I pulled the type off the front glass and noticed the molding was bubbled up from so much glue. When driving down the highway, I noticed the defrost wasn't working and the glass would have a crackling sound like it wasn't set in correctly. When we do take it back and played phone tag it was raining, an older lady, that had been real nice through out the process, listened to my complaint and went to get spencer from the garage, I thought that was who I would talk to but it was another worker "****" I waited outside and noticed the rear glass was leaking from top left side corner. After I talked with him, he fixed the defrost and informed me the molding was wrong and that to come back because it was raining. Finally got to talk to Spencer and he was not willing to fix issues and made it seem like I just wanted my money but I really wanted him to be held accountable for his mistakes. Then employees came outside yelling that my car was a piece of trash, etc.*
