I purchased stone countertops from this company in approximately 2/22. They were delivered in 4/22 and were beautiful. I noticed approximately 3-4 weeks later than there were milky looks spots on my counter right next to my sink where I keep a drain mat sitting for dishes. I called the company and was told by ***** to 1. try barkeepers helper 2. denaturalized alcohol 3. weiman stone and marble which I did. The barkeepers helper made the spots worse by dulling the area around them. I received no instruction for care and no receipt for these countertops from my contractor **** *******, ***. I have called a couple of times and communicated with ***** who states she is family to the business owner and that they do not offer warrantees for their product do to "wear and tear". I had mentioned to her that I used diluted vinegar in the kitchen to clean some hardware on an old cabinet I am working on. ***** then sent me information on why not to clean with vinegar which I DID NOT DO. I have ask the contractor **** ******* *** and Stone Dynamics to help me resolve this problem with no answer from either one. I am amazed that they do not stand behind there products any more than this and it is discerning and how bad they have been at working with their customers. I wish to have approximately a 35 inch area replaced as I do not believe and have been told by laboratory persons that no way 1 to part vinegar to two parts water could possibly damage this counter (that was just the only thing I could think that I had used). My point is why would you sell a product that could be ruined or "etched" as I was told the countertop when this is a common kitchen product??? I feel the countertop was probably not properly sealed to begin with or the glue that they used to glue our countertops down was dripped onto it. I would like replacement of this 35 inch section as I feel I had no fault in this and this company only could replace or repair it.
