      On 11/25/2022 I subscribed to ***************** a monthly **** minifigure subscription service. To date, I have received 1 pack (Month #1) of my subscription which was supposed to start in December. Attempts to get this company to live up to its end of the contract via email communication has met with failure. On February 6, I emailed officially asking for them to, "ship what you owe me and issue a refund for the rest". To date, I have received only December's box (in late February) and no refund. What I do keep getting is empty promises.At this point I just want a refund for any product not received.

      ********************************** offers a monthly subscription, which also claims "$12.99 billed today and on the 15th of each month after your first bundle ships".On January 4, 2023 was charged for a monthly subscription. Made additional add-on purchases on 1/29/2023. NO shipment or tracking number received yet.On February 5, 2023 was charged for 2nd monthly subscription. Made additional add-on purchases on 2/5/2023, 2/12/2023, 2/15/2023, 2/19/2023, 2/21/2023, 2/24/2023, and 3/1/2023. NO shipment or tracking number received yet.Contacted customer service on February 4, 2023 regarding why I was charged for an additional month without receiving any shipment or tracking number. Was told "We do charge one month ahead, so the January packages are starting to ship next week! We are sorry for the delay, but please know we are working hard to get you caught up!"Contacted customer service on March 1, 2023 to cancel and refund ALL my purchases that have not been received. 2 days later received response that initial shipment has NOT YET shipped out, but also CANNOT be refunded.

      I had been a member of Booster Bricks for quite a while. However, the last few months they have charged me for a monthly shipment, but I haven't received anything. I have no way to contact them as thier website says I don't have an account with them. Why am I being charged, if I don't have an account? I want a refund of all charges.

      I placed an order with Booster Bicks Minifig Club on 20 November 2022. I email the company asking when I would receive my product and I got a response blaming the "overseas shipping supply chain" for the delay. Today is 9 January 2023 and I still have not received my order and multiple emails from me have gone unanswered.

      Missed *months* of shipments!! Emailed customer service who was SO slow and offered no reason. Then sent me two bundles..:but still owes me more!Customer service has stopped responding completely. Saw on their ******** page multiple customers having the same issues

      the company renewed my subscription when i advised them not too, now i have to wait for a refund.i asked that last years subscription be refunded, not receiving any communications back and the phone number listed on this web site goes immediately to busy.i cannot get in contact with any one to send me my products i purchased last year or refund me my years subscription.i advise anyone to not subscribe due to poor customer service there lack of service. they bill you multiple times a year and says it was a glich in the system, how many gliches can one company have a year?

      I purchased a yearly subscription for Booster Brick's around November, 2021 and have not received any packages this year. I want a full refund.       Booster Bricks Club aka **************** is a subscription service. They got behind on shipments in the spring. Their last shipment was in July they stated then that they expected to be current by August. They have not. They promised weekly updates on how they were getting caught up. They have not updated. They are now 4 months behind on shipments. Yet keep charging for their service. They haven't responded to multiple emails or to their online form. They have not responded to ******** questions. I emailed twice in September, Once in October and used their online chat no replies.There is no phone number to reach them. The phone number my CC had for them was the default number for stripe. Stripe said that number shows up if the company using their service has not entered their own number.they have multiple subscriptions they are not fulfilling Booster bricks, BFF club. and ***************** Yet they still advertise daily flash deals. Which they are shipping late.

      We have paid for a monthly subscription to this company to receive a monthly package. The packages we did get are not delivered on time and now its been over 4 months since we have received anything from them including daily deals which everything has been paid for in advance. We have emailed the company and posted on ******** trying to get this resolved. Emails and posts go unanswered except for a couple auto response emails that dont answer our problems or questions. They have made posts saying everything has been shipped and everyone has gotten what they are owed and they are all caught up but we have not received a single package for 4+ months now. We would like what we have paid for.

      Ordered a monthly subscription to **************** for my boyfriends son for his birthday. Started it in May before the deadline. I received May’s sometime in June. I got billed for Junes. Never came. Got billed for Julys. Never came. Got billed for Augusts. Never came. I contacted the company early August to cancel my subscription and demanded a refund for the months I never received. They were hounding and hounding me to not cancel and that they are a little behind in their orders. I still didnt want to be paying $13 a month to not get anything so I cancelled. They told me that they are going to refund me for Augusts and that July and Augusts bundle will be shipped together within the upcoming weeks. It is now September 5th, and I still haven't received anything from them. Id like to still get a refund for the 3 months I never got anything, but they wont do anything about that.
