I received an email from a company that looks like it was QuickBooks (by ******). Since I've been a customer of QuickBooks for over a decade, I believed that they were truly asking me to renew my subscription. In fact I did have a subscription that was to come due in January 2025. When I spoke with the representative (***** PATTINSON), he told me that my version of QuickBooks was no longer going tobe produced in 2025 and that I should purchase ********************** 2025" for a three-year subscription. Initially told me, the price was $5500 but then as we spoke, he lowered it to $3549 and eventually $3249. In order for me to pay he asked me to provide my ACH information so that the money could be withdrawn from my bank account. It turns out that the version of QuickBooks that I have is going to be supported and that the scammer was just providing false information in order to get me to purchase his product. I never receive the product. When contacting QB services at the phone numbers provided I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I called my bank fraud protection line and they told me that they could not pursue a fraud claim because the *** was a corporate cash disbursement (CCD) and those cannot be disputed. I think it is important for you to know that this company is an imposter posing as QuickBooks and is now taken over $3000 of my money without any recourse to get it back and without my ever receiving any product. I also tried calling the corporate office of this company that I found on the Internet, and I received a message that that number was no longer in service.

On or around September 15, 2023, we ordered and paid $18,023.68 via the website "qbservices.us" for QuickBooks services offered by ************ The email confirming the order, with order number *************, listed only $8107.75 of the total amount, explained that the remaining amount was for an installation. Also, the payment method was through a **** card we don't recognize.Within the refund period allowed by ************, we requested a refund and received an email confirming the refund for $8107.75 to the **** card. Subsequently, we never recieved any of the money. After multiple communications with ************, it turned out to be that this entity, "QB Services", is not an affiliate of ************; it was using Intuit's trademarks without permission, causing us to believe this entitiy was a legitimate representative of the ************Currently, QB Services has become uncontactable, and we have been unable to find any remedy for out financial loss.

I am a electrical contractor, One man show. On 08/08/2023 I had a problem with my Quick Books so I called them[ I had been in touch with them in July 23 for another problem]. They fixed my problem and offered a discount for a subscription if I went four years. So I paid them because they said they were with Quick Books *******, after that I could not get a hold of them. Called The real Quick Books , they said these guys were not affiliated with Quick Books/INTUIT, so sorry can't help. Being a one man operation that's a chunk of money. I hope someone sees this before they get taken advantage of also.

Called into Intuit Quick Books for technical support and after many transfers was connected and advised I needed to renew my subscription and purchase a 3 year support plan in order to solve my problems. We paid in excess of $5,600 by ACH. Since that time all phone numbers have been disconnected and no way to contact. When I contact the software company they advise it is not through them. Who is transfering these call and to whom then? This is an elaborate hoax by the software employees or the company themselves to extort clients of money to release their business finance records.

Contacted ***** ***** Services and thought we were talking to them. They charged us $6,850.95 and they don't offer us any services. This company QB Services hangs up on me every time I call now. They are a scam and will continue to scam companies if something isn't done with them.

I purchased ******* for *** to replace my ******* for *******. On August 17, 2022, I needed technical support because some of the data wasn't porting over properly. After some effort, the representative (purportedly from *******) sold me a 5 year Updates and Advanced Technical Support package for $927.55. They required me to pay via ACH. When I received my annual billing for $83.88 (the same as last year), I called ******** Support to request a refund, as my 5 year Updates package should have superseded that. After some effort, I determined that I have been defrauded. When I called the number you have listed for them, ************, the representative would not identify his company, other than to say  “Customer Support.” He wanted my account number, which I said I would give him once I was satisfied he worked as an employee of *******. After some back-and-forth, he said he worked for *******, yes he was an employee, and he was in Menlo Park, CA. He offered to have me speak with his Senior Manager, and I accepted. He came back on the line and said Id receive a call back. I then called ******* and reported the situation for their records. I have since found that QB Services (which had been represented to me as ******* has their mailing address in a *** Store.

This company is fraudulent. They pretend to be ***** ***** Support and then tell you that your company file is 50% corrupt and that you have to pay money. They are NOT part of ***** ***** and they scam you into believing that your company has data problems. They even showed me error logs, which I later found out were not actually of my Company data. I have tried repeatedly to contact them to get my money back and they promise call backs but never call. They took $5237.98 from my bank account under false pretenses. They repeatedly say they are part of ******/***** ***** but they are actually a fake 3rd party Company.
