Possible consume fraud alert and false advertising! They are professional scammers, I thought I went prepared to get the best deal but the salesman get you comfortable saying you don’t have to worry and that they’ll get you the best price. You let your guard down, they show you a list of numbers that make no sense and you start doubting if you’re just not doing the math correctly and to not seem stupid you don’t question it. I was ripped off with the deal I got and topped it off with an awful financing rate/term. I thank the Lord that this will bother me less than what all the dishonest people in this dealership will face. I hope they can sleep at night knowing they are being dishonest and unclear with their practices robbing families financially every day, specially during the times we are living of full of hardship for many. I’ll pray for you Vernard, who got me a very bad deal, but shame on me for thinking his intentions were good, fair or honest towards our transaction. I will make sure to not recommend this or any Jeep Chrysler dealer to anyone. I’ve had 2 Toyota’s and Lexus and all was presented very clear and no tricks whatsoever top notch financing, should’ve stuck to that brand instead.

Worst experience ever. I had spoken on the phone all week with a salesman about a SUV. We came to an agreement and a final sales price. I traveled hours to purchase the vehicle. When showing up the car was not in decent condition. The test drive was disappointing. And then the paperwork processing was even worse. Spoke to 3 different “managers” without resolution. After hours of wasted time and wasted fuel I left empty handed. They threatened that if I did not buy right then they would send the car to auction.. They continued to call me and email me until I told them off. The car then sat on the lot for another 2.5 months before being taken off the website.. Disgusting and horrible experience.

Agreed to a sales price over the phone and drove over 4hours. Took the car for test drive, the car was not detailed prior to getting there, and they knew we were coming. Went inside to get the paperwork finished and that’s when the swindling started. The price changed, they tried to attach freight fees, extra packages, and dealer fees. None of which were discussed prior. All of which we were told that it could not be negotiated. I was bullied over and over. They were adding shirts, hats, cersmic coating, & offered to buy lunch! They even offered to detail my mothers car! They followed us to the car still trying to make a deal.. disgusting show they put on. Absolutely ruined the car buying experience for me. They have continued to call and email me wanting me to buy from them … I have actually blocked the telephone number it was becoming a nuisance and verging harassment.. Do not recommend buying from here!

Worst experience, they will not pay me my warranty cancelation refund. I have been trying for 2 months, they tell me not their problem. They sold me the policy, so yes it is their responsibility to refund me.

I live 4 hours away from this dealership. I contacted the dealership interested in a truck, it took a few days, but we finally came to a final out the door number that I was okay with. I did have a trade in which they were forthright in saying they would not give a trade in number on the truck which I was okay with and completely understood.
After the OUT THE DOOR number on the new truck was given, it took me a little over a day to decide on whether to take the 4 hour drive with the wild card of the trade in or not. During that day or so I spoke with the salesperson a few times, and was assured that the number given was an OTD figure WITHOUT, i repeat WITHOUT the trade in accounted or the tax credit that comes with the trade in.
So I did, I drove 4 hours with my wife, and my kids who are 9, 3 and 1 years old. Anyone with kids knows that, that kind of drive with that many kids is a full job on its own.
I get to the dealership after 4 hours of driving, and they told me, the OUT THE DOOR number they promised me that didn’t include my trade or the tax credit, was Ofcourse INCLUDING the tax credit from my trade! (Which was worth $3,000) So the OTD number that was promised was 3k more than what was said before I drove there.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DISRESPECTFUL AND DOWN RIGHT UNETHICAL.
They told me it was a miscommunication.
ABSOLUTELY NOT, it was a bait and switch. How are you going to tell me in one breath you don’t give me trade numbers over the phone without seeing the vehicle, and in another tell me that an out the door price includes my trade tax credit? How do you know how much my tax credit is, if you don’t even know how much my trade is worth, because you don’t do that without seeing it?
So for a “miscommunication” that clearly wasn’t a miscommunication, I wasted over 8 HOURS of driving and time, over $120 in gas, added 400+ miles to my vehicle and an absolute horrible experience with my children in the car for 8 hours for absolutely nothing.

I am grateful for Lindsay sales and service team !

I bought a certified pre owned jeep grand cherokee and sales made it a breeze to purchase! Sales team also introduced me to a service advisor who answered all my questions. Sorry, over thinker here! I would highly recommend them!

    .POOR SERVICE!!!
    1. In one of my visits, I asked for an alignment, paid for and never got done. Took it to a different shop the following week and it was done accordingly. I did not go back to dealer, and report this at the time because I did not want want dealer to think I was trying to take advantage of the situation and get free alignment...
    2. After regular service was done, I discovered 2 missing bolts , air filter and manifold was loose. I had to re-address this multiple times the vehicle was back for service. Quite annoying...
The air filter was no secure, and air filter box was not tight, all clamps were loose. vehicle was driven with unsecure box and filter like that for about 2,000 miles. Possibly dirt went inside the engine.
    3. Engine overfilled with oil, after oil service was done.
    4. Aluminum cap left under the hood -quite annoying to see this, and irresponsible from mechanic. I have photos.
    5. Lifter noise I reported has gotten worse, the diagnostic I paid for and additive they suggested did not work, in fact it seems worse. I paid for nothing!!! Taking it to an expert shop for their evaluation.
    6. Mechanic/service advise suggested flushing the brake fluid, this was done by different shop just 2-3 weeks before. I checked the fluid and so did another mechanic from dealer, and it's clear in color. They must have used a generic photo indicating fluid was black possibly from another vehicle, NOT mine. This is misleading, want you to spend $$$.
Couple years ago, their Collision Center next door, installed a License bracket and light, it turns out they never installed the light cover that protects the bulb. The bulb and wires are hanging. Both my wife and I stopped by, addressed, and never received a call back, they said was not included in original estimate they gave me. I am documenting this in case any potential electrical issues arise due to this issue.

I had been calling the dealership all week on a Durango they have on their lot, my daughter had totaled her car hitting a deer and needed a new car. I spoke to three different sales managers and was dealing with one of the salesman. We agreed on a price $33500, I had told the salesman I would not drive 4 hours one way to attempt to negotiate, I wanted the numbers up front. We agreed on the price and we leave PA at 4:30 am to get there by 9am. We take the Durango for a test drive and everything is perfect. We go in to do the paperwork and that's when the show started. The salesman sits down and starts filling out the sales sheet and after he was done the price was now $42000. They added fee after fee. Mopar fees of over $3000, they added a dealer fee of $1000, they added transportation fees, which on a used car transportation fees have already been paid. It was sickening to watch manager after manager come out and try to bully my daughter into paying this extra money. These people are the worst of the worst when it comes to selling cars. Their sales approach is to simply say whatever they need to to get the customer in the door, then try to beat you into buying. It totally ruined my daughters car buying experience. I'm sure my complaints won't produce a ton of results but if one person reads this and goes somewhere else it's worth my time. I wrote Paul Smyth, the GM, a lengthy email and told him all about our experience at his dealership. He didn't bother to respond. These are the type of snake oil tactics that give car sales a bad name. They followed us to the car trying to sell us with each and every step, offering tshirts. hats, and even a ceraminc coating they were going to do while we waited. This process takes at least a day for the coating to cure so they were once again lying. We got in our car and left and drove 4 hours back home dissapointed. They continued to call requesting we come back. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT LINDSAY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP.
