Ordered announcements and certification of appreciation for my graduation. Received damaged products. Have tried calling and emailing the company I even sent them the pictures and they dont want to do anything but reprint it. The quality of both products was horrible. The print ink is faded and the certificate is the cheapest paper I have ever seen all for $16. I requested a refund. The company is refusing and insist of reprinting. I dont want anything from them as the quality is terrible and customer service is terrible as well as they keep repeating the same thing. I will also be turning this company into my school as well so they can know whats going with who they choose to do their announcements.Initial Complaint

Ordered the graduation package 06/24/24. We selected the first degree in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, the first major in Animal Science, and honors, C** Laude. Which read as Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in Animal ****************** Instead we received Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Science in Animal ****************** ***** also sent the incorrect tissue paper with year class of 2025 that was supposed to be class of 2024. When I emailed them about it they provided screenshots they created stating we only selected from the first degree block. This is not true. They are only taking ownership of the tissue paper and not the error in the invitations. I was offered a 50% discount to reorder for their typing error.Initial Complaint

I purchased a graduation classic bundle set for my daughter in March. Last week the graduation gowns along with the bundle of clothing were supposedly delivered to the school. When my daughter did not receive hers I called the local location and the lady told me to make sure that they school didnt have it in their activities office. She said if they dont have it they would pull the items and I could come pick it up. I went to the school and they said they have nothing for my daughter. I even have an email from the vice principle that they do not have anything. I called to let them know. No one answers their phone all day. I finally got someone who gave me a hassle and said she would need to get back to me because she had been off a few days. I asked when would she. She said the same day. Well she didnt. And I am back to trying to call to follow up again to no one answering their phones or returning my calls from the messages I have left on voicemail, text, and email.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from the Greek division on October 1st for 2 non-custom items. When the order arrived nearly 2 months later one of the two items came severely damaged seemingly due to manufacturing issues. When I reached out to get it replaced they informed me that a new one would not be sent until January. It is now January and despite multiple email requesting status updated I have received zero communication from them. I ordered a ********** Nationals Champ Ring and paid in full on February 19, 2023. I was given a ship date of 6/9/23 then 6/14/23 and have yet to receive the ring. I have never received tracking information and every time I call they take my number and say they will have a "manager" call and that doesn't happen. I ordered my **************** University graduation announcements from Herff Jones. I received an email on April 7, 2023 that my order had been shipped. I contacted them on April 12 to inform them that the time printed on the announcement was incorrect. I was told by customer service personnel *** to send them a copy of the incorrect announcement and they would contact me within five business days of their decision. I send them a copy that very day. I did not receive a call from Herff Jones so on April 18, 2023 I called them . Customer service personnel ***** told me she would check the status of their company sending me the corrected announcement and she would call me back before the end of their day, I never received a call from her. Today, April 20, 2023 I called Herff Jones again. The consumer service personnel said she would correct the order and send it out to me. I became very upset because during my initial call I was told to send them a copy of the incorrect announcement and they would take care of it. I told her I would be graduating in three weeks and since I paid good money for my announcement they should sent them to me in express mail. She told me that she was directing my call back to ***** because she was the person who told me they would sent the correct announcement. I SHOULD NOT have been lied to (I was promised twice that I would receive a phone call and never did). These announcements need to be send out to my relatives by this week but Herff Jones is dragging their feet on my situation even though they made the error. This is supposed to be a very professional company, but it is now obvious to me that they make promises to their customers and after receiving their money they fail on the promises they make to their customers. I have grandchildren graduating soon, I will make sure they DO NOT use Herff Jones for any of their graduating needs.Initial Complaint

I spent $60 on a nursing pin for my graduate ceremony. This ceremony is a big deal and consists of being awarded in front of our family, recognizing this huge achievement. I placed my order in early February. My ceremony is Tuesday (5 days from now) and guess what’s not here? My pin. I’ve been trying to contact this company for over a month now with no resolve, they either don’t answer at all or all they tell me is “my order was found but details cannot be provided”. If you call the company they place you on hold for literal hours and never get through to a person. I have left multiple voicemails and emails and nothing. They have not offered a resolution, replacement or refund. So now I will not be allowed to attend my ceremony as I have no pin, and it’s too late to have a replacement from them or any other company shipped.Initial Complaint

My daughter and her competitive cheer team won a championship ring in 2019. Herff Jones was the company that the organization used to make the team championship rings. My daughter lost the ring and I paid to have the ring replaced. I bought the ring on 10/23/22 for $193.16, which included tax and shipping charges. The order number is #*******. In January, I sent a message asking where the ring was and I received a message back from the company saying that it would be sent out on March 4th, 2023. I have sent them several messages, including a vmail on the company vmail for rings, a representative has not bothered to call me back. I was able to download an App called **** so that you can track a purchase that was made. The ring has not been shipped. I am not happy at all with this company and as far as I'm concerned, they have stolen my money and want to file this complaint. .Initial Complaint

I ordered a cap and gown for graduation from this company Feb 23, 2023, I received something else in the mail and when I contacted them on March 8th (3 comforters) , I contacted herff-jones on March 9th, 2023 around 10am and they said after I sent evidence I would get an email with a confirmation that my correct items were on the way, I sent evidence on both days March 9th and 10th. I never received an email update about my items. I called herff-jones again on March 11th, and someone called me and said I would be getting an email update soon, I never got that. I called herff-jones again today March 15th, because yesterday March 14th, they re-sent the email about needing evidence. I still havent gotten a shipped email, I would feel closure if I received my items.
