    I ordered gutter from Seamless Gutter Supply (Manassas) in person stating that I did not have the exact length needed with the understanding that would be accomplished on site. I called the morning of the scheduled delivery to get an approximate delivery time so to be certain I would be on site at that time. We they arrived they did NOT knock on my door and made a delivery based on inaccurate information resulting in the gutter being too short. I called to make a resolution seeking a compromise willing to purchase another gutter of the correct length if they would wave the delivery charge. They stated they did all they were supposed to do even thought I told them at the time of delivery I did not have the exact length needed and would not compromise. They said I was told to call the day ahead to correct the length. I did not get that instruction assuming they would roll out the length needed with onsite measurement. Just incomplete practices and absolutely no desire to seek customer satisfaction when they acted with incomplete instructions to the customer on what to expect. The office manager hung up on me when I challenged his recollection of the facts at the time I ordered the gutter.
