    Date: 05/21/2024 Amount Paid: $65.00 through ******************** Change Resolution: No Dispute Reason:Went in for a simple oil change, when my car was done, I was not informed that my touchscreen radio was hit and knocked out of place. I went back to the shop, to find out how it happened and the employee *** confirmed he was the only person to drive my vehicle and still denied his actions. He didnt try to help out or composite in anyway. Next day going to work my battery light turned on. I went straight to the shop again after work & was still denied any help, I asked for the owners contact info and was denied they refused to give me his email or phone number and called he was out the country.Soon as I left the shop my car broke down on *******, I had to pay for a tow truck, then found out that my ******************** burnt out all because of the parasitic shortages from my touchscreen. Truly unprofessional place of business. I found the owner ******* email online & emailed him letting the situation be known and still havent heard back from him. Expenses Paid: I paid the tow truck $225, new battery $150, new alternator $200 and labor $100. Total is $675.00. I tried saving money and go through Groupon and ended up paying a lot more. I'm very disappointed how things played out. I need to get compensated for the damages done to my car.
