    I purchased a stackable washer/dryer from ****** and Continuum Home Solutions was the installer company. On September 26th, 2024 the mentioned business came for installation and they uninstalled all the existing cold water, hot water, and Gas connections to the valve for the new installation. After checking the water valves they mentioned that the valves are corroded, even though the valves were completely fine. The installer refused to install the new washer/dryer and left without installing the existing setting properly and since then I have a gas leakage and a water leakage. After opened a claim with ******, the Continuum Home Solutions refused to take the ownership and fix the damaged that they caused and falsely claimed that they didn't even uninstall the valves because of the valves condition. I need the continuum home solutions fix the unproperly installation that caused the leakage.

    Continuum was the subcontractor hired by ****** for a dishwasher install/haul away. They were scheduled to come the day of delivery, 1/27/24; they called the night before and said the installer was sick and could not come until 1/31/24. I expressed my disappointment and that it was a hardship to have the dishwasher sitting unable to use for 4-5 days. I told dispatcher we might be able to get it installed before then and inquired if they did the haul away. I was told they did and was not given any stipulations. On 1/31 installers arrived. We informed them that the new dishwasher was installed and we just needed them to haul the old one. Installer called his company and then told us they would not take the old dishwasher since the new one was installed. They were unable to explain this policy or show it in writing anywhere. I was told to call Continuum. The employee refused to explain the policy, only stating "We aren't authorized" over and over. She told me there was no supervisors in the company and my only recourse was to call ******. She then hung up on me. I contacted ****** and was told this was not a policy of theirs. They were very disappointed with the company and stated they would follow up on our complaints and suggestion that they not use this contractor. ****** gave us compensation for our trouble, which was caused exclusively by Continuum. My husband also called Continuum and was able to get the name of management. He requested a call back and was told in would be within the hour. No call was received, so he called again and was able to get ********************************* . ******************** took no responsibility, only stating again to call ******* He then hung up the phone on my husband.

    I paid $88.87 when they came to install a gas dryer. This fee was a permit fee for the county is what the installers told me. I was never told there was a separate charge for $25 processing included in the fee. After they installed nobody came out per the gas permit fee I paid since last October 2022. When I ask to speak to a manager they say a message will be delivered to them and nobody ever calls me back. It's been more than a month since I requested a refund. They said they would send a check for $62.** less the $25 fee because of 'processing'. Since no service was completed nothing was processed. They said they mailed out the check 2 weeks ago yet I have yet to receive anything and me and the business are both in Virginia.
