    I called this company cause I couldn’t get into my Gmail,I had just called them to ask about getting in the next thing I knew he wanted to charge me 399.99 when I said I couldn’t pay money it went down to 99.99 when my debit wouldn’t ok that purchase they locked me out of my computer,it won’t even turn on.iwhen I called them the man I spoke to “****” was not there now when I call they don’t answer the phone I don’t know what to do now I can’t do nothing but sign this complaint against them, I just want my computer on

    These people conned me into thinking that my computer was being hacked and lured me into a protection service in on 3-14-2024 and charged me $699 for a 3 year contract, on which I made a down payment in the amount of $199.I have come to realize that they are scammers preying on the elderly.

    They ripped me off for $899.99, and told me they would refund the money to my account. But they never did, and now have blocked my phone number, so I cannot call them. When I first realized they were a Fraud, is when they ask me for my login name & pin number. That is when I changed my Debit card & tried calling them for a refund.. I filed a complaint witj the State Attorney in ********, but have not heard from them. Thank you for all your kind consideration. *************************

    As per the customer's desired resolution and our refund policy we have tried to processed the Refund but the refund was not successful as customer might have cancelled the card  Attached is the Refund Receipt of the same.And also Customer raised a dispute with the bank so we have received the chargeback of the same and money was credited to customer bank.Attached is the refernece of the chargeback document.

    Two people from Instafixus have taunted me, ***** & *****, which I doubt are their real names.  They keep saying that they have tried to put the refund in my old Debit Card number but it kept coming back to them.  They are lying, my Bank has had no communication from them, they are trying to get my new Debit Card number.  NO WAY.  Also two days after my initial contact with them they ask for my Bank login & pin number.  That is when I went to my Bank changed my Debit Card & Bank login.  Then I had to pay a **************** $65 to remove all there ****, plus he told me they had tried several times to get into my Bank Account. *************************

    Also I might add now only are they a scam company, but they have committed Fraud.  Thank you for your kind consideration, *************************

    I am rejecting this response because:They are not telling the truth.  My Bank has told me they have not had any contact with Instafixus.  My Bank also told me that if indeed they tried to refund to my old card it would be put into my account.  ***** was trying to get me to give him my new Debit card number, and I will not do that.  Also, when this first started they ask for my login &= pin number.  Thats when I changed my debit card number & my login & pin number.  Also, the company that I had remove all there junk, told me they had tried tio get in to my bank account.

    I have not heard anything from Instafixus, they are a bunch of liares & will probably never give me the $899.99 they beat me out of. I really wish there was someway to make them pay me the money they owe.

    My sister **** ***** is 81 yrs and suffers from dementia. In 2022 this company (instafixus) debited her acct for 800$ for a service she did not need and refused to refund the money shortly after her family became aware of the charges. On 23 Feb 2024 they contacted her again and requested another 800$. Because she no longer has access to her card they asked for her checking account information and took 800$ from her checking account. We were able to stop payment on the check Has Instafixus engaged in criminal activity? And what recourse do I have to recover the money they scammed me from her last year?     Apologise for the issue which customer has faced.Just to confirm we are a Legit company who are helping alot of customers with comouter related issues and we only charge any customer using legit way like credit card or check only and we dont get into any checking account . we dont ask cx to send money through anything else.so we are no information about the fraud which customer was encountered.

    As the Customer is not happy with the service we are glad to issue a refund to the customer without any questions asked.

    M comp ***** worked...no emai inbox, etc for about 4 weeks.Then a message came up with a phone number.I called and he said he would fix it for 250, dollars.It took all day and it looked like he was doing ok.The next day, 11 ."Febuary...it went back to the way it was. I am 81 years old., I tried to connect back but it ldidn/t worsk. I called ccard but of course the money was sent. I have really bad nerves and didnt sleep, of course.     Instances LLC told me there were hackers trying to steal credit card information and if I didnt buy their protection I would be locked out of my computer.

    One year & 1 month ago I procured INSTAFIX US as the company to process or repair on line any computer issues relative to opening, closing, or unable to view emails, or other normal day to day operation. I paid $299.99 for a 3 year contract that would allow any INSTAFIX US tech support team to resolve my issues if any arose. I had computer issues throughout the 1 year and 1 month timeframe which some were resolved. I had an issue back on 10-23-23 whereas my printer was not working properly and the tech trying to resolve the issue was not very cordial, helpful or otherwise displayed a different attitude from anyone I have ever spoken with. I was told that it involved the printer not recognizing the *********** contract I have with INSTA INK. BASICALLY THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE. I told the technician I wanted to cancel my contract and was told someone would call back to talk with me. That never occurred after 3 calls. On 11-2-23 I sent an email to INSTAFIX US outlining the same issue but never heard from anyone. Last night 11-8-23 I called and spoke with ***** who informed me that I could not get a refund for the remaining 1 year 11 month remaining service of the contract as they had a no refund policy after 30 day. I was told I had used the services for tech support ***** times. I responded with it doesn't matter if I used it 100 or 300 times in a contract period. I finally asked to speak with a supervisor or manager: his name is *******************, who informed me of the same that no refund after ***************************************** the mail from them and was never told at beginning of their services that I could cancel in 30 days, but why would someone hire a computer company for 3 years pay $299.99 and then cancel on or before 30 days. This is ludicrous as I feel that 1 year and 11 months left of service that will never be used is a ripoff and people should be made aware of all circumstances. I am seeking a refund for the 1 years & 11 months unused svc.

    In June of 2023 a Technician from ********* was sent to my home to fix my email. He told me that he could not fix the problem. I knew that was a lie because I hve been with ******** since 2009 and they have always been able to fix my email. The technician gave me a number that I thought was to ******** but was to Instafixus. The person from Instafixus told me that he would have to charge me $500.00 for a two year contract and pretended to fix my problem. I called ******** and was told that they did not have anything to do with Instafixus and that I should have not paid this company $500.00. This is a scam against senior citizens. I want my money refunded because I have stage 4 cancer and can not afford to give my money away,. My bank had refunded my money, however, returned it to Instafixus because I had given them my account information. Please stop this company from ripping off senior citizens and refund my money.Thanks,*********************
