On April 1, 2025, my three-month-old 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage experienced a complete mechanical failure and was towed to Auto Giants Mitsubishi for warranty service. Their unprofessional service, misdiagnosis (incorrectly suggesting a $1900 TCM replacement), and delays led me to have the vehicle towed to Ourisman Mitsubishi, where the actual issue (faulty fuse/wiring) was quickly resolved on April 7th. Auto Giants Mitsubishi also damaged interior parts (Shift Indicator Cap # ****A130XA and shifter face plate). Despite sending reimbursement requests on April 20th and May 17th to ****************** Giants Management, and Mitsubishi Motors *************, I have received no response. Due to Auto Giants Mitsubishi's negligence, I incurred $358.95 in expenses (tow, rental, ***** taxi). I seek BBB assistance for reimbursement of $358.95, replacement of the damaged parts, and a formal response from Auto Giants Mitsubishi.Initial Complaint

Since my car was totaled on 8/10/2024, I and my family decided to buy a new car but only with 0% financing for relatively better number of years. We searched various dealers for our need and we found Mitsubishi had relatively better deal for longer period of financing (0% for 48 months). Me and my wife are sure that we have excellent credit and were confident to get the 0%. I started calling and texting the nearest Mitsubishi dealership (Auto Giants Mitsubishi in Manassas) on 08/20/2024 (the person texting with me named ******) and set up an appointment to visit them on Thursday 8/22/2024. On Thursday we met Sales Manager ***** who connected us with our Sales Consultant ******* ******** and got all the information we needed about the car (lease vs finance) but we didn't decide to buy on that day as we have to discuss further at home. The next day on Friday our sales consultant ******* called and asked me if I am visiting him same day to get the car. I told him that the price is over our budget and we are thinking of buying a used car. Later ****** texted me to visit the dealership as the boss will make the deal, but I replied to his text that I don't want to waste my time and their time so texted him back with the detail of the deal that I wanted for the Out of The Door (OTD) to be $45,000 (screenshot of texts are attached). ***** also texted me that he (the boss) gave me what I asked for (what else I want?). I trusted her words and took my wife and all our three kids to the dealership. The moment we arrived the dealership we made a test drive and they run our credit without our permission and saw our excellent score but later changed the deal from $45,000 to $51,290.17 OTD. Such kind of malpractice should be deterred not to be repeated on any other customer and we seek financial and moral compensation for the waste of time, running our credit and abhorrent service.Thank youInitial Complaint

I bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS and the check engine came on the same day I bought the car. The car was supposed to have a 3 month/1,000 mile warranty,. I called and emailed the sales guy about my issue he said the car did not have a warranty and blocked my emails. I have not had this car running for over a week without something breaking down on it or the check engine light come on. Now it's making a loud noise in the back of the car it's in the shop again.Initial Complaint

I arrived to look at a used car they were selling, a 2020 audi a4. This was on 3/15/24. The first thing I noticed was the two front tires being bald and needing replaced. I told my salesman that I wasn't interested in the car unless two new tires were put on the front to match the rear two and an alignment would be done on the car. I signed a paper stated they would take car of this before the sale of the car. There was a mandatory cosmetic protective package that was included with the car for an extra price of $1500. I also signed a paper stating I would get that at half price. I returned the following Wednesday 3/20 to get the new tires put on the car and have the alignment done. I was told the tires are on and the alignment is done, was handed my keys and I walked out to my car. The first thing I realized was the tires were the wrong tires. Not even the same brand. I went back in and informed them. I also asked for the alignment papers for my record and then was told the alignment wasn't performed. After some discussion I was told if I come back Saturday 3/23, I would be taken care of and the issue resolved. Was leaving Saturday morning to go to my appointment and I called to double check. I was told the tires didn't come in, which I later found out the were never ordered. Nobody was going to call and tell me that so I would have wasted my whole day driving the 2 hours one way to get there. Now I can't get a call back or an answer at all. Nobody cares to help me and their end of the deal isn't being held up. I have all text messages between the employees and I for proof, as well as all of this being in their system. I have called over 20 times to try to resolve this and every time I am blown off.Initial Complaint

24 July 2023 - I bought a used 2020 ****** ***** for $21,000 at Auto Giants.- We brought the car to a nearby ****** dealership to check a warning light, and were informed the issue is due to improper tire sizes. (Due to instability caused by mismatched/incorrect tire sizes, the AWD automatically turns on and overheats when driving. Picture of warning attached). - 3 of the tires were the incorrect size (225/55), and only 1 had the correct size (225/65). This information was not disclosed to us when we purchased the vehicle. - We were informed at ****** that improper tire size is a safety issue and a functional concern.- Thinking the tires were a simple mistake, I called Auto Giants to inform them of the issue and request to switch the tires for the correct size. - The manager dismissed improper tire size as a safety issue, declined to resolve the issue, stated the vehicle passed a Virginia inspection, and hung up the phone.- This is a breach of good faith and fair dealing due to the fact that Auto Giants either a). made a negligent mistake and refused to correct the issue in good faith, or b). knowingly sold a car with improper tire sizes without disclosure. - This is also a breach of contract-implied warranty of fitness due to a reasonable expectation as the consumer that the car would be fit to drive as purchased. - We would like to exchange our tires for a set that can be properly used on the vehicle we purchased (225/65R12 102H).Customer Answer
