      The lock on our mailbox has been broken for several months, causing my neighbors and me to wait in long lines at the post office to retrieve our mail. We were never informed by the *** about this issue and only noticed it when we stopped receiving our mail. To date, the *** has not addressed this problem, despite the fact that we pay a monthly fee for their services. They only informed us that its the post offices responsibility which turns out to be false information. We believe the lock should be repaired promptly.

      Hello, 

       

      The broken lock on the mailbox was in fact owned by the ***** Several repair request were files with the post office once we became aware of the issue. They unfortunately did not make any repairs.

      In an effort to help the residents and the **** management was able to get a completely new unit installed last Friday in advance of a scheduled replacement later this fall.
