I contacted Autova on a Saturday about a 2018 Ram 1500 and decided to check it out in person. After test driving, I noticed the traction control light was on and the paint had chips. The salesman assured me both would be fixed before I picked it up. After purchasing, I waited over a week before being told the truck was ready. Hours before pickup, I was informed the part for the traction control light hadn’t arrived. I declined pickup but later changed my mind. When I arrived, the paint chips hadn’t been fixed. I was told I’d need to bring it back for that and again to Dodge for the traction control repair—highly inconvenient given I live 40 minutes away and need the truck for work. Autova said they’d schedule me for the paint fix, and Dodge would call when the part arrived. After nearly two weeks of silence, I called Dodge, who claimed they had no record of the repair. After back-and-forth between Dodge and Autova, I was told the part wouldn’t arrive for 2-3 weeks—only to get a call days later saying it was in. Meanwhile, the truck developed a front-end squeak. Since I had a 30-day service guarantee, I called Autova, who told me to have Dodge diagnose it. Dodge said it was the brakes. Autova, claiming the brakes were new and under warranty, agreed to replace them. Before my brake appointment, the transmission started slipping. When I brought the truck in, I asked them to check it. Later, they told me they wouldn’t replace the brakes because their tech couldn’t confirm the noise came from them and couldn’t get the truck to duplicate the transmission issue—despite it slipping daily for me. They then said they’d order a part for the squeak but later called saying they needed me to bring the truck back for a measurement. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Months in, I’ve had more trouble with this truck than the one I replaced. Terrible communication, repeated inconvenience, and unresolved issues make me regret ever buying from Autova. Highly dissatisfied.

This customer had issues with the traction control and needed to seek the dealer to verify the diagnostics. We set up the customer to have the car taken there and diagnosed and scheduled for repairs. Since it was a Dodge issue and dodge was fixing the vehicle, we seen no further communication far as scheduling since the vehicle was going to be paid and worked on at *** ********. Customer finally got the answers from Dodge about the truck even after I called numerous times and had that issue fixed. Several weeks past customer called in saying he had a squeak while driving . We had the Dodge dealer look at the squeak while the Traction control repairs were being made. They said the vehicle needed possible adjustments on brakes. We scheduled the customer to come in to verify and look at the brakes by Willy and found no issues with the brakes after taking the brakes completely apart. Willy even went on several test drives and found no noise or issues at all with the brakes. When the customer came in, he complained about a transmission grind, and jerking in low gear. Being Willy is a Chrysler Certified Transmission specialist I had him look at that as well. Once again, he found not one thing wrong. The customer even said it happened to him one time and after he dropped it off and picked it up, he did not have it happen anymore at all. We have not heard from this customer at all. The last time we talked to him was when we needed him to get us a picture so we could get him a spacer for the front strut, nothing related to any of these issues.

Put $3500 down payment on a 2020 ford eco sport didn’t have the car for more than 24 hours and it was a recall. The service department did not check the vehicle for recalls or anything. I called motor world as soon as the car would start they said they would have their manager call me. After waiting two days with no call I call them they finally tow the car after two days of sitting on the road. Waited three days for a loaner car. The loaner car is a car that says motor world all over it. Now I’m being told it will take a month just for them to diagnose what’s writing with the vehicle and I’m being told I still have to pay a 500 dollar car payment for a car I didn’t drive for more than 24 hours and now I’m driving a loaner car that says motor world all over it. I’m being expected to pay 500 dollars for a loaner car. They don’t return calls it takes me calling multiple times for a call back. I’m very upset about the situation.

This one was the one handled by Topher and Sarah that went on for months and months. I was the one who found out the vehicle still had factory warranty with powertrain. Me and you got involved with the customers and the bank found a resolution because the customer could not afford their payments and had missed several. I reached out to the customer myself after me and you spoke and had the vehicle taken to the dealer in *******. The vehicle got a new motor installed and the customer had to pay nothing out of pocket to have any repairs or rental/loaner fees. Customer at the time was under the name of Alex *******. She was completely satisfied and happy after she spoke with me about the repairs and getting her vehicle back. She has not been back since then and even told me that day that I was the biggest help to her.

Their prices on their vehicles are higher then other places. They put cars on lot that should be getting fixed by accident, they don't want to fix anything even if it's less than 30 days, they lose paperwork, they put wrong tags on car sold to me and tell me it's my problem, they give me a pod and the key that comes out don't work and that's my problem they say and I feel they are not very professional or caring about anything when I have replaced several things in a year and repair had my car more then I have. They wouldn't even let me switch it out at the time even though that's what they advertise. I am angered, frustrated and will never deal with this car dealer again and will be returning it to them at their lot in Madison heights as I am on a fixed income and can not afford all these repairs with the crazy payment and can't rely on this car as I have a lot of medical appointments. A few things replaced transmission, wheel barrings, ball joints, axles to name a few. This even being a used car should not be an issue in the 1st 6 months. Very Frustrating
