5 starsI love our couples therapist. She is really good at what she does, is very fair and doesn't chose sides. The style and technique which she uses, helps us meet in the middle and see each side of the problem. I am really grateful as this has helped our relationship tremendously.

5 starsGreat rapport with Lydia. She listens and cares about my comfort and strives to help me reach and achieve my goals. She considers my requests and she explains her approach in an understandable way and leads me toward realistic goals to achieve. She is nonjudgmental which of course is a necessary step toward a trusting relationship between a therapist and client. I am very comfortable with Lydia and am not afraid to discuss any aspect of myself as needed.
I am very well satisfied with the care and empathy I receive.

1 starIt’s always challenging to find a mental health provider that is equal parts empathetic and professional. I don’t typically leave reviews, but when it comes to consumers who are in need of mental health services it’s important to make sure we all have the best understanding of who we’re choosing. Thriveworks billing services for their late or cancellations (even if there is an emergency situation) is gouging. I understand the need for patients to respect the time of their providers, but sometimes unavoidable situations happen. I’m not saying not to use Thriveworks if that’s the best option for you, but be fully aware of their egregious billing practices and fees. I feel charging a late or cancellation fee of $135 if you don’t give 48 hour notice is taking full advantage of a patient.Thriveworks Administrative Services, LLC

1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would. This place is horrible for billing with zero accountability. I've called and emailed with HSA information and yet you're still charging my debit card for over $500 now! You don't send bills email or USPS you just charge my card! I should be able to see a bill and say hey you've gotten the wrong information to charge or workout a payment plan but NO you just keep ignoring me and charging my debit card and telling me to get with my insurance. I'm not disputing charges! I want a bill first then charge my HSA NOT my debit card causing me financial issues!! 1 starThis company is crooked and has hidden fees that they can not explain. Their costs for the same treatment will vary from session to session with the billing department not even knowing why or having an explanation. They will try to automatically withdraw from your account and provide no explanation of fees. This company needs to be stopped from preforming all together and held accountable for their constant misrepresentation and advantageous charges against those suffering from mental illnesses.Thriveworks Administrative Services, LLC

1 starThe biggest scam out there. Their good reviews are most likely fake and aren’t verified customers. Please read their 1 star reviews.
The therapist I was assigned charged my insurance $395 for a short session where she did nothing but ask demographic questions that most people usually complete BEFORE a doctors visit. She claimed to handle sleep issues but had zero focus on that.
This place has ZERO customer service. It’s as if you’re speaking to an automated message. They have no feedback except some copy/pasted generalized paragraphs.
No billing department to speak to except by “email” and they also provide zero customer service. The therapists can charge and do whatever they please. Never ever ever trust this scam of a site.Thriveworks Administrative Services, LLC
