    Worst lawyer around to go to for any matter! I’ve been dealing with this lawyer since 9/2023 and still have not reached a settlement. I have barely been able to touch base with this lawyer in the 8 months . Everytime we go to court he calls the day before and says no court and can’t explain why or a new date. This lawyer’s attitude is disgusting , he’s rude , he yells at you and talks to you like a child. Can never provide an update on my case , the rep he has in office acts clueless to any thing you ask her. Please don’t waste your time or energy with James b. Feinman. I hired this lawyer thinking he knew what he was doing and the way he talked about his services how he could accomplish this lawsuit and it’s been nothing but a headache. I live 3 hours away from the area mr Feinman represents. I’ve wasted my time and money dealing with him! Save your time and money and go to a different lawyer that can get you the outcome you want !
