Appointment for hair color/cut was made by this writer in 2022 for today, 2/27 at 1745 PM. This writer arrived promptly at 1740. This writer was told by receptionist that the assigned stylist had been scheduled a wax at 1745 and it would be 'a few minutes.' This writer questioned the receptionist that the hair appointment time and date was correct for today at 1745. The receptionist said yes and asked this writer to wait. This writer tried to ask in a well mannered way if stylist got behind or a mistake had been made in scheduling. Receptionist made it look like wax appointment was made with good knowledge of hair appointment at the same time emphasizing " it will be just a few minutes more, maybe 10."There were no chairs in salon lobby as there were small children in the 2 chairs. This writer had to go back into the parking lot in personal vehicle and sit. This writer chose to re enter salon and try to reschedule for next available date 'anytime after 4 PM'. Receptionist told this writer that it would be far into May 2023. This writer tried to ask receptionist why there was a wait for a scheduled hair appointment, that was confirmed via salon's automated text last Friday sent by salon to this writer with date of Monday, February 27th at 1745, and a wax had been scheduled same date and time. This writer asked why this writer had to wait and not the wax. Receptionist was confounded. This writer questioned if Sage Tryall Salon remained closed on Saturdays. She said yes. Sage Tryall salon is closed multiple days of the week. They do not provide enough hours for customers and make customers wait 3 months at minimum for appointments for their personal gain of multiple days off work. Opinion: Sage tryall salon provides only for the local wealthy and not for customers who work a general 9 to 5 week.
