    Awful place to take your car, didn’t want to give out his business license number to a reputable company in order to complete the job which was never started 2 days sitting and work not performed and taking cars after mine was there just sitting
    He was rude first day I met him and charged a 500 dollar retainer for no reason because most mechanics don’t do business that way

    You wanted my EIN (a number for a business similar to a social security number that we must protect, not public information) so that you could fill out paperwork yourself that is required by DUI blow box companies so auto repair shops can get a code to start the car. This paperwork is to only be filled out by shops working on the car, not for you to do so you can rush the shop to get your car repaired.
    We had your car in the bay and other customers waiting ahead of you for testing and repairs.
    Your car has a lot of parts installed by someone you know and it didn't fix the car, basically installing a bunch of potential problems into the car on top of the original concern.
    One of the issues with the car that you told me about is that it smelled like something is burning. This tells me that to truly find your problem, I'd need a lot of time and care taken with the car.
    Another thing that makes it harder to accomplish the work is the time I have to spend faxing,.emailing, and calling the blow box company, the many text messages from you trying to rush me on the job do not help.
    We do real testing and I explained all of this to you when you signed the agreement to the $500 retainer to cover my time testing and dealing with the blow box issue.
    You were unhappy that you couldn't define the process at my shop and get my EIN number. Why? Is it so that you could commit some sort of fraud against my company? This whole review is hogwash unfortunately. The only rude person in this situation was yourself ma'am. I asked you to leave bc you were being so rude and I won't tolerate that behavior at my shop. I only give my EIN directly to responsible businesses that require it for business purposes.
    I tried to serve your needs but you could not be patient while we followed our process. We also have the right to decline services to anyone who is disrupting service to other customers and we ask that you try to be patient in the future. 1.5 days is not long at all for a car with your type of issues. It's by far long enough time to get you serviced correctly and safely. Wishing you the best.
