I attended an event held at the ***************** in ****** NH about a vacation club membership. I did so because I received and invitation in the mail that said for attending the 90 minute event, I would receive a choice of different vacation options free of charge (that was a lie), which included up to a 7 day cruise, 2 airline tickets in the ** and two nights hotel stay, a week in a luxury condo, etc..I was not going to buy into the vacation club membership which began at over 13K along w a one time fee of ****** and a yearly fee of ******. Also included was said to be a ****** restaurant voucher.I first signed up for that and it too had a charge of ***** and ended up being for ***************. You do not find this out until you pay the *****!!! I would not have signed up for ***************, but I am now! I was not going to dispute *****.That made me apprehensive about the ***** fee to activate the cruise choices, but went ahead as I really need a vacation.I submitted a payment for the ***** dollars for a 7 day cruise online w Dynasty Global. First red flag was that you had to use a checking account, you could not use a credit card. Then the payment was immediately processed yet I heard nothing afterward. The email confirmations state you must speak w a merchant for further assistance. Well good luck getting a hold of a "merchant". I tried for two weeks. Always getting a voice recording even during regular hours. Also on the recording several different email addresses than the one published, stating email is the best way to get a response. I emailed for 2 weeks, then went to my bank to report fraud. I also called Double Tree to let them know that they inadvertently were promoting fraud. My bank will reimburse me for the money, but a very disappointing experience all around.Customer Answer

After filing this complaint I also contacted my bank regarding fraudulent charges and they did refund my money and were supposedly doing their own investigation. I also contacted the venue perpetuating this fraud as I am sure they were not aware (DoubleTree Nashua NH). They said they would let the sales team who book rooms for such events know so they do not sell them a room again.
Then I received a large envelope in the mail from Dynasty Global, but instead of it being the voucher to select a cruise, it was the same documentation I received at the event requesting the activation fee again. I threw that away.

Attended presentation where I was promised by ****** to recieve a 3 day 2 night hotel stay, two round trip airfare and $200.00 gift card to be used at local restaurants, after the presentation. No purchase requirements. I given two documents, one that shared the process to retrieve the $200.00 gift card which turned out to be points not gift cards and I have to complete additional purchases to recieve such gift card which turns out to be a "credit" so this was very deceptive. I then was told to complete the activiation form for the flight and hotel stay. I was told it would be free once I completed the presentation but later told I had to pay an activation fee. I completed this form online, the system then stated it would direct me to a sight where I could complete the reservations, the system did not take me to this sight. Instead I was billed twice for the "activation" fee. I tried calling the number in the email and a recorded message was given that they would not take phone calls only emails to resolve questions. The second phone number in the email is only for merchants. In my opinion these are deciving tactics and bait and switch.Initial Complaint

We paid an activation fee of $148.00 each ($296.00 for two) to this company on 29 August 2024 for a travel program. When the documents arrived on or around 3 October 2024, we began to become suspicious as there was a second activation fee and several other activation fees before travel could commence. We decided to ask for a refund under their policy provisions which states: "If you cannot travel due to illness or physical disability, you may also receive a refund of your activation." They also claimed to have a 30 day refund policy, which we fit into. I contacted the company by email beginning 10 October 2024 (they don't accept phone calls) and on 12 October 2024, I asked for a refund under their policies. They told me I had to get a doctor's letter to proceed with the medical refund policy. I did this and, per their instructions, I mailed the entire package back to them in pristine condition via certified mail return receipt requested on 28 October 2024. They signed for the envelope and the return receipt was sent back to us. We waited the time period they said it would take to get our refund and I then began contacting them again. I was communicating with *******. On 18 January 2025, after several emails over several *****, ******* emailed me that they would send the refund checks "next week". The checks have not arrived and now we are communicating with ***** who said ******* is no longer with the company. I contacted them several more times and we still have not received our refund. I believe this company is a scam and is also guilty of financial elder abuse as I was 69 and my friend was 72 when we signed the activation form and paid the fees. We would appreciate your assistance in getting a refund of our activation fees from this company.Initial Complaint

I sent the money then found out it was gonna cost $1200 more on top of the money I sent them. I sent vouchers back for a refund with multiple emails. Finally, they accepted the vouchers and would issue my refund after the first of the year ******* the person. I emailed back-and-forth with multiple times now does not even return my emails. I have not seen a refund. I would like my refund. It wouldbe nice if they would reach out and let me know theyre sending it. I would appreciate it.Initial Complaint

I received a postcard promising a all expenses paid 7 day vacation from Dynasty Global, for going to a presentation about there travel club. My husband and I declined the $8000 package and they gave us a letter with a number and website to login to to get our travel vouchers. I had to pay $148 for the 7 night stay at a resort but all of the resorts were all inclusive which were not apart of the travel vouchers Dynasty Global offered. We would have to pay out of pocket over $2000 to stay at any of the resorts they offered. I was not satisfied so I have been requesting a refund of the $148 since September of 2024, and have been emailing ******* at Dynasty Global. He claims to have mailed the check but I have not received it. This company is a scam and should be shut down for their unethical practices.Initial Complaint

On 06/06/2024, I paid to Dynasty Global $98.00 - transaction # ********/Transaction ID# ******* for CRU Certificate Activation. I was promised two vacations (a cruise for 2 and a luxury condo plus airfare grand getaway for 2). I've since learned that this company is a scam and they are not affiliated with ***************. The business has NOT tried to resolve the issue. I would like my $98.00 returned immediately.Initial Complaint

1. Attended a presentation that stated it would include a free cruise.2. The paperwork stated there was a fee needed for the "free" **************** This was $168.3. I paid the fee and now got more paperwork sent with additional fees along with virtually no information on what is covered with these fees. At the presentation, the presenter referred to the incentive "as the free cruise we offer you as a bribe to get you here." Yet, Dynasty Global says it is not "free" but "promotional." Clearly saying "come to this presentation and get a promotional cruise" would not have drawn in most people including myself and my husband. I would not attended and definitely not paid the $168 if I knew I would continue to need to pay more and more money without even getting details on things like - what cruise line, what airlines, etc. (At the presentation, the presenter made a big deal out of saying their company works with the ENTIRE travel industry so we would be able to select any airline and any cruise line!)I have emailed the company requesting a refund of my $168. The only response was to clarify that they do not offer "free cruises" but rather "promotional ones." They also stated we can request "some" of our money back after we complete travel. I do not plan on traveling with this company and would just like my $168 refunded.Thank you,*****Initial Complaint

I was offered a prize of a cruise if I attended a presentation.I did not purchase the product. I was given a voucher for the cruise and other travel incentives. I paid a $168.00 activation fee for a cruise and airline voucher. Payable directly from checking account. After a month I received a mailing stating the I would have to mail in $99.00 per person to register the cruise and an additional $250.00 per person if I did not book within the small window that was given. If it had been disclosed up front that there would be additional fees I would not have paid an activation fee. This was offered as a gift for attending the presentation. I can understand if the trip was not completely free. I was okay with paying the activation fee. I realized that it was a scam after receiving the additional information. You can not reach them on the telephone number supplied.I communicated via e-mail. I did received a response, but no resolution.I want the company to reimburse the $168.00.Initial Complaint

I have been a never ending cycle with customer choice awards for the last three months. I request hotels and dates, someone calls me and tells me they are not available. So I ask want is available and can get no answers. I ask to speak to someone who can give me answers they will send another link to request dates and towns where to stay. I do this and someone will call and tell me that is not available. And the cycle starts over. I had a deposit with the cruise part of the original offer and they full refunded after I told them what is going on. I then made my own vacation plans. After reviewing their refund policy of Dynasty Globe I am eligible for a refund, but they are giving the run around and quit answering my emails.Customer Answer
