    On 4/4/24 in an effort to resolve the dispute, I offered to pay for the month of April in exchange for them allowing my daughter to be dropped from the program. I took my daughter to 3 different gymnastics facilities where she was evaluated and placed into intermediate level programs. I asked MEGA to evaluate my daughter and they denied us. I asked to move her up and they denied us. I brought up the fact that my daughter was not being taught skills. They denied me withdrawing her after another member emailed in writing allowing me to withdraw her. No response.

    from 3/26.The problem is two-fold 1. lack of instruction for my daughter/quality of classes 2. attempting to steal money from me for an entire session after taking them up on their offer to drop my daughter from classes.There are many complaints about this business online.

    Please see attached communications.  ************** did not like our policy or our answers and clearly only showed you a glimpse of her communications and a nuggets of the story from her delusional lens. Our policies are clear upon enrollment and for the safety of all the athletes in our program we do not advance children to the next level without all the required skills. Her child ****, did not have the required skills for the next level and ************** was adamant she be moved to the next level and we refused to do so. ************** has access to her athletes profile and account on our parent portal to see and track her childs skills and where they are deficient as well as excelling. This child did not have the strength to complete the requires skills on all the events to move to the next level.  ************** demanded we turn over our proprietary curriculum information after threatening us that we refused to advance her child citing the safety of the athlete and policies.  We have been polite from the begining and will happily share the entirety of the communcations from the beginning of her communications with us.  Attached are all her emails and our replies as well as our Recreational Parent Handbook and our **************** update email all of which clearly communicate our enrollment policies, advancement in the program explanations and the withdrawal deadlines and process. 

    Please let me know if you have any further questions. This woman should absolutely not be entitled a refund nor compensation.  Her child attended classes, received instruction and learned skills from our certified and trained instructors.  All of whom are certified and trained in our coaching training program as well as our parent umbrealla certification organization of *** Gymnastics.
