    Still waiting to resolve an inferior fence that was installed last fall. Posts cracked, boards warped and broken screws and s**** holds with no screws. Two teams have come out to look at the issues. First ****** agreed it was a bad job and didnt have enough materials to complete the job. Next, a three ****** team came out. They wanted to use the same type of screws that broke. Husband said no to that and asked to be called by a manager. Over a week later, silence. When we had our estimate done, husband specifically asked about quality control of materials used. We were assured that materials were top notch. A called was placed today and here we wait.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a project doesnt feel aligned with your expectations, and were committed to resolving this with you.That said, I do want to clarify a few points for the sake of transparency. The issues you've describedsuch as checking in the posts and some degree of warpingare natural characteristics of pressure-treated wood, not indicators of poor workmanship. Our installation team followed standard practices, and the materials used were appearance-grade lumber, which exceeds what many in the industry offer.The fence was installed eight months ago, and we did not hear of any concerns until recently. Since then, **** sent two separate crews to assess and begin resolving the issues, but the work was declined both times. When our first ********** visited, they noted a few boards that could be replaced, but they did not consider the overall job to be substandard. Just yesterday, I personally reached out and scheduled a time to meet with you to continue working toward a resolution. We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship, and we always strive to resolve concerns in good faith.We truly take pride in the fences we build and the service we provide, and we remain committed to finding a path forward that leaves you satisfied.Respectfully,***** ******* Director of Operations

    Yes, the fence was installed 8 months ago. It was completed in the fall. At that time, it was too cold to apply the stain. We waited until the spring until the temperatures were warmer. When we were cleaning the area, to get ready to stain, the shoddy work was noticed. Yes, repairs were attempted two times. The first ****** didnt have enough supplies to complete the job, he then left. The second time more supplies were sent but the same screws were going to be used. These were the same ones that were used previously and were poor quality. We paid an extra $1800 to have screws used. We dont think its unrealistic to expect quality screws to be used.
