      I contacted this company to get a sleep study with a doctors script order from my Nuerlogist. I was told it wasnt needed because I had to have an intake with their own doctor far in **********, Md. I took off drove over a hour explained my neurological family history. We set up a study in ********* where the tech left me in the room with no contact or tv for over an hour. I was rescheduled for the Va location. I did the study and virtually met with the reporting physician. She told me a **** was needed. I asked what about the neurological side of the study which I expressed why I came in the first place. She explained it was a totally different test than I was given. Im not paying anymore money for the incorrect testing given. Months have passed and my health is impacted the lack of sleep and medical attention that has been paid for

      I was sent to Dr. **** ****** by my insurance after leaving another Sleep specialist for incompetence and incorrect supply orders. This guy seemed to be all business from the beginning. I came to realize though that not only would he not prescribe the effective medication(from a proven track record) but he promised me that I would always receive the correct supplies. 3 incorrect supply shipments later I finally decided to leave and seek a better situation. Not only am I back on the medication that provides me with a great quality of life but I have received the correct supplies from the start. This dude had the audacity to send a $40 bill to collections after making thousands and thousands of dollars on inflated pricing all around. All thumbs down.

      This place is a SCAM and UNETHICAL billing. They told me my insurance was accepted and I was covered. Months later I received a surprise bill for almost $2k! They quote the fine print you sign when you make the appointment and never told me how much they were charging even after I asked them in person. They violated the *** law and because I don't have written proof they say I'm out of luck. How is this legal? How is this ethical? How do they sleep at night knowing they are not being transparent with billing? NEVER go here unless you have them sign paperwork up front saying they will not bill you after they tell you your "insurance is covered".

      I have multiple issues with Comprehensive Sleep Center. Every time I need to make an appointment I'm told I have to wait months for a televisit. The biggest aggression being scam billing. I was told in order to get my BiPAP, I would have to pay $1700 as a co-pay. My insurance Aetna covers durable medical equipment at 80%. The retail price with no insurance is $1700. I called my insurance and they stated Comprehensive Sleep never billed or reached out to them. I have proof in emails they tried to get me to pay retail and then bill the insurance later for more money. I asked instead for a script to go elsewhere. They kept delaying and refusing trying to get me to pay their scam price instead. Finally I threatened to report them and got an Rx. Once I got a BiPAP machine they said they had no data and refused to collect data, something they didn't tell me until I had a televisit. Then I was told they would reach out to get sleep data for the machine. They didn't. Today I was on the phone to cancel an appointment a week in advance which they kept pressuring me to reschedule. I told them just cancel and they said I had to pay a cancellation fee. But the appointment is 8 days away. I ask what their policy for cancelling is. They said 2 days. So I asked why am I being charged a fee and they repeated I should just reschedule instead. So I threaten to report again and they apologized and said they won't charge me. The whole time I've used them for care I keep getting attempts to scam bill me and no actual care at all. This has gone on since late Sept 2023.

      I was referred to the company by my primary care physician. I have tried on several attempts to resolve this matter and make payment for a device that doesn't fit properly. I completed all step to have a defective device. On a virtual call with the doctor, she was inpatient and condescending. I asked her not to talk to me in that matter and asked to end the call. Now, I am stuck with a device that hurts while I sleep and a payment. Again, I tried making payments via Loudon medical group and the payments haven't been taken from my account. I just want this nightmare to be over. I have called more than 10 times; asked to speak to the owner or doctor and I am ignored.

      I used a C-Pap machine for a time from this business but eventually returned it. I am continuing to receive products for the C-Pap and have also begun to receive invoices for this unwanted equipment.. I have called and texted this business over a dozen times in the last two weeks and they absolutely refuse to answer any form of communication. They do not return phone messages or text messages. Nor do they reply to the presumed chat option on their website. I simply want them to stop sending me equipment, to send me an address label to return what they sent me since I returned the C-Pap, and I want the invoice to be removed. I have tried and tried to get these indifferent proprietors to fix these issues to no avail.
