I had Imran conduct a homes inspection on my residence in 2022 on my first house. Multiple issues have come about from this inspection that I will be detailing. I have tried to work with the company and I get repeated run arounds from him and others. I would not recommend. 1. A metal triple strand wire is coming out of my house in my drive way the provides power to my "garage". This is not only a code violation but also a life and safety hazard. 2. No appliances were tested during the inspection. I am now looking at replacing not only my washing machine but also my fridge. 3. A small back patio area was converted into a bathroom/storage room. This was done and let the exterior light fixture in place and also a hole large enough I can place 2 fingers inside of it leading to the attic. 4. Following that trend, roughly 1/4 - 1/2 inch holes and cracks are around most door frames and windows. 5. I have open wires inside of an electrical panel leading to my hot water heater that is very illegal. 6. A badly placed and poorly done sump pump cover. 7. Multiple areas of entrance under the siding of the house. 8. No mention of the garbage disposal system that I have, that should not be there due to me being on septic.
