BLUF: I need my invoice sent to me electronically so that i can pay for services rendered. Also, I would recommend the medical staff in office take a look at the Billing Manager's unprofessional customer services. I am requesting assistance from BBB in this matter because at this point, this doctor's office, the billing manager, is unprofessional and will not provide me an invoice for services received. Without a proper invoice, I can't submit to my insurance company for out of network services which is $275 charged by Billing Manger on my cc. I have attempted several times to get the invoice (via email & phone vmail). The doctor/providers are not reachable and the phone & email from admin does not pick up phone and not return calls or email. Timeline: 8/16/22: new patient & provided insurance on August 16, 2022 to receptionist/office admin person 9/7/22: outpatient service with Danielle R**** (no issue with service) 9/7/22: No invoice provided by provider for service 10/6/22: Credit card charge of $275 for office visit. -This is how I learned that the office does not take my insurance instead it directly bills my credit card. 10/19: Email to *************** stating that my phone calls (two voicemails left 10/17 & 10/19) regarding my bill not returned. 10/19: Billing Manager email states they don't take *****/ ***** (my insurance) & letter from billing sent to me via mail to me (no mail received to date from this office as of 11/7/22) -it has been a few weeks and there are no delays in mail. 10/24/22 Requested copy of my invoice to email ************@*****.com. No reply yet as of 11/7/22 10/26/22 Requested copy of my invoice to email ************@*****.com. No reply yet as of 11/7/22 10/28/22: Left message at office to request copy of invoice so I can submit to my insurance. No reply yet as of 11/7/22.
