After the snow storm my car wouldn't start, so I call towing. They haven't explained the fees and how to pay them until after they took the car. They sent me a message that i owe **** $735, which was a shock, and they wouldn't accept credit card. I had to go to the bank to get money because they threatened me with impounding the car. I asked them to take the car to ****** ******. But we couldn't find the car in the dealership mentioned. Instead, they delivered it to Lustine (orisman) ******. It took some surching to find the car. Oi sent them a text about it with no answer. And why charging so much. I am 72 years old, live on Social Security. Is it the way to take advantage of elderly? I want my money back for the job not performed correctly, and giving me aggravation on top of it.

I have not received any communication from the company regarding my complaint. I don't think they care, which is bad, and people like me loose all the faith in the services when you most need it.

On November 21st 2024 my car's brakes system locked and I had to tow the car to the closest ****** dealership. I called this company and within 6 min their truck arrived. Whe they tried to load my truck - their cable ripped. We had to wait for another driver. When my car was finally brought to the dealership that was a few miles away from my hotel, the driver charged $2175 to release the car. When I tried to call the towing company - they kept saying that we need to pay $1125 for three hours of service plus $250 labor and plus $800 for equipment. When I tried to figure out what equipment they are talking about , I was just told that its equipment and I have to pay. Otherwise they will take my car. And they did not accept credit cards. Only cash or debit card payment through cash app.

On 10/2/2024 my electric vehicle's engine experienced a 'drive train' issue which caused the car to lose power. I called a tow truck service based off a local website: *********************************** which advertises honest business prices, and major credit card acceptance. The driver arrived and did not provide me a statement of the tow cost or disclose any additional towing fees. The location I selected was 3.1 miles away at a *** of ******** Dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, the driver told me that the charge for service was $750 for labor, and $85 for milage. This is above market rate. I provided a credit card that he refused to accept. The driver stated he "did not have a card reader in his vehicle or it may have been broken at some point..." [a lie] so that he could not accept credit cards. I told him this is the only payment I am comfortable completing the transaction in when he offered ApplePay or Cash. He provided his 'managers' phone number: **************. When I called nobody answered and I left a message that I would be willing to provide my credit card over the phone but not submit another payment method. He never called back.10 minutes later the driver walked over to ask if I had it "all worked out" No. your boss never called me back. While still in the *** dealership the driver refused to release my vehicle. It was only released to me after he drove me to a bank and had me withdraw $840 from an ATM. He did not refund me the $5.00 of additional cash.According to ******** Law *********************************************************************** this towing company committed fraud, charged excessive fees, and did not provide me my legal right to pay in a tender that I wanted. In addition, they do not support credit card transactions as the website states, which is also illegal. All ApplePay options only allow for debit/cash.I would like to be fully reimbursed for this tremendous injustice and unfair/faulty/illegal business practice

I called a tow company listed online locally to transport a car. The driver came and waited for us to be ready. Before we headed out once it was hooked up the driver said his boss is requesting payment up front since it was a fairly decent distance. I didn't think anything of it and paid $400.00. We set off and got on the beltway. We got separated on the beltway. He called and said he can't go on the balt/was parkway. We get a Picture from the driver he dropped or car off in a ******** parking lot saying his truck overheated. Well you can drive away if it overheating. I guess I'm lucky I still have a car. He then sent a message to call his boss. Well as you can imagine noone answers. I felt so stupid and violated. I will never trust again. We ended up calling a local tow company near our home to come get the car now we are out $500 in addition to the $400.00 stolen from me. I want my money back plus what was paid to the other company since we had to wait over 3 hrs to be picked up and now I have major trust issues. I really hope this helps someone not go through the same ordeal as we did. This company needs to be exposed for the scammers they are.
