    We had storm damage from a lightning strike a few weeks ago. The claim went very easy and prompt. The claim agent, *****, was very friendly and professional. I have recommended Northern Neck to many of our friends and family.

    From the time I called to file a claim to the time the adjuster (****** *****) came to my home, I experienced nothing but efficency and professionalism. Mr. ****** explained step by step the process. The fact he was empathetic and quite understanding helped put everything in perspective. As being a senior widow, it was refreshing to finally be treated with true understanding and respect.
