    **** and Abernathy are the best rental company I have ever worked with, hands down. I have been a renter with this company for nearly ten years and have always received A-1 service. They treat every customer/renter like part of the family -always treating them as they would want to be treated. If you are looking to rent or buy a home in the tri-city area or RVA give them a call! You will not be disappointed!

    READ ALL OTHER REVIEWS AND Beware of renting from this place or from a property owner by the name of ***********************************. First I would like to point out that the biggest issue we had was with the quality of service when it came to maintenance issues. *************** hired by the property owner on 2 occasions never finished jobs. One even mentioned that the owner liked to take the cheap way of fixing things which didn't matter to us until we got billed on our move out. We were literally robbed of our deposit and charged an extra ********************************************************************************* the living room, we were charged for blinds that were never a part of our move in, we were charged for maintenance request un answered prior to move out, we were charged for light fixtures that were not present upon move in, we were charged for professional cleaning after we cleaned house for move out but moved in to a house that clearly was not professionally cleaned prior to move in, we were charged for professional cleaning of carpets after providing a receipt of carpets being professionally cleaned and then also charged for replacing carpet due to walk pattern stain. There was no negligence at all whatsoever. Once I disputed charges and provided pictures and proof we were only credited 260 dollars of the **** we were charged. DO NOT RENT from these people!! And again READ ALL REVIEWS! I WISH I HAD.
