      On July 11 , 2025 i as well as 7 other neighbors came outside to find our cars had been towed by this business. I called the sign posted in my community for towing the owner answered and told me they opened at 10 am. My fianc called them asking him why they towed it he lied and said he'd gotten my contact information and that he told me he would call me back. This was false. He said he would go to the *********** and see if I had a parking sticker. Whike looking at the other online reviews I saw they had ripped off quiet a few people. I also saw they opened at 9 am not ten like the man said. I got the shop at 9 :19 a.m. when I got there he woukd not let me back right away he stated they had a client back there and we had to wait outside of the locked gate. We waited for ten minutes before he told us we could go back there was no other exit he lied no one came out. My door was open. My parking sticker was ripped in half on my rear view mirror. He charged 250 and my HOA had 3 phone calls that same morning about this company and their predatory practices. There was no office. The operation looks shifty.
