Last year I subscribed to Deltek's govwin service at a price of ***** per year, that was split into quarterly payments. We negotiated a price that worked for my business at the time and said we would revisit at the end of the year if we would continue into next year. On Nov 18th I received an email thanking me for my renewal, which I responded back and said unfortunately the business has not been as successful as it was in the previous year and we would like to discontinue the service. I was told I could not do that because the auto-renewal already happened. I informed them we are a small business holding on by a thread and we cannot afford that overhead cost going into next year, we barely made it this year. They were unwilling to budge and said it was done despite me asking several times. I missed an email stating my account would automatically renew on Sept 30th for $7,700 as I was out of the state working and I receive several emails every day from govwin for automated alerts. I do not believe something this large should be allowed to autorenew without someone getting on the phone with me to confirm it. It should be held until there is an explicit yes. We would like them to cancel our account for the next year. At this point we have not paid or received any invoices for the next year, our current subscription should go through December. We'd like the service discontinued at the end of what we paid for. We are happy to reevaluate if things turn around for the business, but at this time we cannot afford to keep it going.

The sales demo was misleading. I had at least three recorded calls and emails with the company. They led me to believe that they had what I needed. On the first day of use and onboarding I realized that it was not going to be helpful for my use case. I explained that to them and asked if we could nullify the contract because I cannot get benefit from it. I signed a contract acknowledging that they dont offer refunds, but asked them to consider letting me out of the contract and not force me to pay $10K for something that I cannot use. Thats a huge expense and a small, one-person business. I also asked for the recordings to ensure I didnt miss anything and they refused to share them, which further leads me to believe they did this intentionally. If they actually believed in their product, they wouldnt have to force me to pay for something that I will not use. I shared with the sales *** that I have been misled on other sales calls and was clear that the cost was a stretch, but if they could confirm it would meet my needs I would do it. Be warned, they are not completely honest. The first day I got access to the tool and asked the onboarding person to get access to the actual information I needed and realized that they didnt have it and couldnt get it, I shared that I felt misled and requested a refund. Its been a couple of weeks now and they stopped responding.

Transaction date 1/17/24 for $1500 We contracted with GovWin, which is owned by Deltek, to provide a service using a bid website on 12/18/23. They ensured us we would able to grow our customer base and that they would train us on how to use the system to get the most out of our purchase. Once we signed the contract we were to receive an onboarding email for the training within 3 days. It took over two weeks before they got back to us with a training date. The training was poor but we decided to give the service a try. The service didn't come close to what they promised. We have yet to sell one thing and the contract states we are to pay them $6000 for a product that doesn't work. So far we have paid them $1500 of the $6000 to be paid in quarterly payments. We have seen no return on investment and asked the company to cancel our contract which they declined. There is no where in the contract that states that we cannot terminate the agreement yet they continue to contact us for payment.

We recently received an email from Deltek stating they will not honor our request to cancel the service.

We recently received notice from Deltek that our account has been sent to collections for the balance due on the contract. We have not used the service in months and it does not provide the services that they promised. They are trying to say it's because we don't know how to use the service but that is incorrect. The service does not meet our needs or provide the business opportunities they promised us to make their sale.

My company has been with Deltek for 2 years. For 2 years Deltek is supposed to provide leads for government contracts. For 2 years we didn't get enough opportunities to close deals from them. Their system is clunky and their search results aren't good. We should have cancelled after the first year because there was no return on investment. However, close to the renewal period they sent their customer success person after us and had a "search and rescue" team member set up to help save the account. They showed us slightly better search results for leads, however the 2nd year we found out it has a seasonality to it. By the 2nd year we told them we were done. Again, they deployed their "search and rescue" team to help try and save us. They had even lowered the price to try and get us to renew. We had already told them no multiple times. The renewal date came, and they renewed us. They are now asking for the money that we "owe" them even though we clearly said multiple times we didn't want to renew. They asked for proof multiple times. When we provided proof, they said we made it up. At this point it's a he said/she said argument. Finally, they told us that we are locked in no matter what and they are going to send us to collections. During the 2 years there was another issue with a FOIA request. In order to do that, Deltek apparently charges you $100 for it. We didn't know that and they charged our card unknowingly. We didn't mind because we wanted the information from the ***** It's been a year and a half and we still have not received the info for the ***** They say the $100 is non refundable. We should have received the info within 30 days. We should have issued a chargeback on that charge. This is not how you do business in my opinion. First of all, why do they want to keep a client that is unhappy with you? Second, if we hadn't expressed our desire to cancel, why did you send a search and rescue team to save us. And 3rd, why did you drop the price? Terrible.
